  I wish there was a negative rating because if you are moving to St. George PLEASE DO NOT move here. The building and amenities themselves are great no problems. The management is absolutely horrible. They charge you ridiculous fees, overpriced rent for a room the size of Harry Potters closet. Monthly cleaning checks are ridiculous. As well as on move out week it does not matter how well you clean your apartment because me and my roommates had all four of us and 3 other friends all on our hands and knees scrubbing from top to bottom and we did not get our deposit back and got charged a cleaning fee, which 1 bet they must pocket as when I moved in the first week my carpet was absolutely filthy with stains and I had to go to the office and complain for them to replace it as there was a genuine concern for bed bugs in it. Not to mention they sent a "unpaid bill" to collections without calling me about it first even though my resident portal had a 0 balance when i moved out. Save yourself money, time, and headaches by not choosing to live here. You will thank yourself!!!!

  I lived here for a year, and while I don’t think the property uses false advertising, there are several issues that prospective tenants should be aware of. The biggest surprise was the number of additional fees added on top of the base rent. By the time everything was included, I was paying around $200 more per month than I originally expected. The amenities were also disappointing. The pool was closed frequently throughout the year, making it difficult to actually use one of the features that helped justify the cost of living here. Another recurring issue was billing. There were multiple occasions where charges were incorrect, including double charges and utilities being billed inaccurately. Having to constantly review statements and address billing errors became frustrating and time-consuming. My rent got double charged for 3 months before they finally took my office visits seriously. Overall, my experience wasn’t terrible, but the unexpected monthly fees, unreliable access to amenities, and ongoing billing issues made living here much more frustrating than it should have been. I would recommend carefully reviewing all fees and checking your monthly statements if you decide to live here.

  The staff at 605 apartments are awesome! Very helpful, easy to work with, and very kind! The new property manager Shelly is also so helpful and I know things are in good hand with her!

  Building is nice, but it hides the poor structure of management, tried to sell my contract halfway through the lease they make it nearly impossible, giving you no insight to tell you what to do next.
