  We have been so grateful for Cheyenne Lanfre, the property manager! She has been incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful as we’ve navigated finding the best living situation for our son. She has gone above and beyond to answer our questions and help us along the way. We truly appreciate her compassion and support!

  Customer service was not great. Our door lock did not work the whole time I lived there but they still charged me for a new lock even though I moved out before It arrived. When I moved in it was dirty looked like maybe a student had slightly cleaned it. My key fob never let me into the building and they charged for so much extra stuff

  I waited a year to post this as to not screw over the poor girl I somehow managed to convince to take my lease, and I pretty much never leave reviews, but I feel like I must. Let me tell you about my experience with 605 Place, and I didn’t even move in. I wish I had read the reviews before signing a lease—LISTEN TO THEM. 605 Place is a bunch of crooks who don’t care about students; they only care about money. I signed a lease in March 2025 for the 2025-26 school year. In May 2025, I found out my program got shut down, so there was no reason for me to move to St. George anymore. I let 605 Place know immediately and had my program director send a letter to 605 Place informing them of my program closing. They did not care, and told me the only way out of the lease was to sell it. I. Never. Even. Moved. In. How hard is it to absolve the contract and let the unit go to another tenant? Every single other lease I’ve had, especially student housing, has had an option to pay a fee to break the lease. Not at 605 Place. They told me they couldn’t do it for me because then they would have to “do it for everyone”. Apparently if they showed me one ounce of human decency, they’d have to show everyone the same. God forbid! Seriously how many people’s programs get shut down?? It’s not like that was anywhere in my control. I didn’t get cold feet, I got academic Thanos-snapped. 😵‍💫 Students’ lives are variable and unexpected. They will not work with you through these challenges. They will not offer you any flexibility. Brandon is probably one of the rudest property managers I’ve ever met, unreachable by phone and flat out ignored nearly all of my emails. After signing the lease and paying fees, I paid over $1000 before even paying ANY rent to never even move into this place. No unit. No rent covered. No stickers or thank you cards for literally just taking money from me. Just vibes and financial ruin. It has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life selling this lease. 605 Place was very difficult to work with. They were super confusing and inconsistent the whole time. Zero empathy from them on their part. They. Do. Not. Care. About. You. Only. Money. I deeply regret ever signing a lease with 605 Place. If this is how they treated me, someone who never even moved in, I don’t want to know what life is like at 605 Place. You can read the other negative reviews to see what that’s like...

  Place is an absolute scam. Would not send my worst enemy there! The front office is incompetent, with minor administrative tasks! Lost our security deposit, will over charge you, does not pro-rate months........worst experience ever!!

  This complex should honestly change their name to 605 we nickel and dime you for every thing you could possibly think of. I’m honestly surprised they don’t charge for the air you breathe. DO NOT LIVE HERE be warned college students they will definitely do what they can to make it seem like a great deal but take advantage of you. They advertise for rooms staring at $599 be warned after they hit you with a bunch of administration fees every month and utilities you will be paying about $200-$400. They also were not honest with me about these fees and it was quite the shock when my first bill came and it was almost $900. They also broke my account so I was unable to pay rent for three months and everytime I went and talked to them about it they said they were working on it. I set money aside based on what they told me I was going to have to pay each month. They finally fixed my account and I was charged almost $2000. I went and had a conversation about it and was ridiculed and blamed for not having enough saved which is crazy to me since I was basing it of the figure they gave me when I first moved in. In our discussion I also realized they had charged me for an extra month of rent for a month I hadn’t even lived at the complex. Look over every single invoice they give you. If you want to be charged for everything you can think of then this is the place for you. You can find much better and cheaper places in town that won’t charge you random fees and are up front with what they will charge you. DO NOT LIVE HERE. In closing the office ladies were very nice and helpful and I know they are just doing there job but it’s a shame because it falls on upper management who is never in the building because it’s owned by a larger corporation.
