Hillwood Homes started in 2018. The three owners have combined experience of over 30 years building high-volume production homes as well as custom homes. Hillwood Homes focused on building custom homes in Park City, Heber. Following their success in those areas, Hillwood Homes decided to combine their expertise with production homes and custom homes to create the perfect balance of a builder. Hillwood currently has available home and lots in Spanish Fork, Highland, West Jordan, Park City, Heber, and Midway with new locations in the near future.
