  We haven’t had many issues with this rental company and have experienced good communication when needed, however, we did have one month where we had some issues with paying rent and our bank. We were in constant communication with TierOne and regardless of communicating the issues we were having, the fees still egregiously stacked up. Though I understand they have to have some in place for most circumstances, it did feel a bit ridiculous to have close to $400 worth of fees posted to our account in less than 10 days after the first of the month. After calling to see what we could do about this, I did have a kind and respectful conversation with someone over the phone. They were willing to waive one fee as a first time courtesy. I understand where they are coming from with some things but the rates and rapidness of fees was pretty crazy in my opinion.

  I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Many of the positive reviews seem to come from when you’re signing the lease. During the leasing process, residents are encouraged to leave a Google review before they’ve actually lived there. Unfortunately, my experience after moving in was very different. There were an excessive number of inspections throughout my tenancy, and I felt like I was constantly being charged for small things. The staff member at the front office was often unprofessional and had a very unpleasant attitude, which made it difficult to address concerns. After I moved out, I was disappointed to receive additional charges nearly two months later. They kept my security deposit and still billed me for items like pulling weeds and tree branches, along with other exterior and interior charges. It felt like I was being charged for almost everything, despite completing the move-in checklist and documenting the condition of the unit when I first moved in. Everyone’s experience may be different, but based on mine, I would not recommend renting here. I regret my decision and hope future renters do their research before signing a lease.

  Quality property management. I've been with good and bad property management companies for my rental properties and TierOne is one of the good ones. Great communication, immediate follow-up on tenant concerns, move-in/move-out, etc. Very professional and well organized for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

  Worked really well with my situation and housing. I appreciated the amount of contact they kept during the lease initiation process. Would highly recommend, especially to those who may need a little extra help on the way.
