  I moved in, August of 2025 , moved out January of 2026. if you have dogs just avoid this place. if you work nights, AVOID this place. they DO NOT care about their tenants. multiple inspections multiple times a year, if you have dogs. of course the inspections have to happen during the day, however they will email/text you the day before the inspection and leave you no time to find time off of work or set up with work so that you can adjust your sleep. i tried multiple times to post pone or delay inspections but they dont care if you work nights and sleep during the day. just poor customer regard. poor customer relationships. you are just a number to these people. and the apartment looks like it hasnt been updated since the 90s. Response to TierOne answer: There was one complaint on excessive barking 2 days after I moved in. I then reached out to all of my adjoining neighbors and if they had issues they knew they could call me or text me. The additional dog, I’ll give you that one, I did not abide by the lease agreement. It just slipped my mind. But I don’t think it warranted harassment. I lived there 5 months and at least “inspected” one a month…. I would not be complaining if yall could’ve worked with me on times. That’s why I’m saying all the customer is just a number to you guys.
