  Be careful about submitting an application here. I never rented from this property management company but I dealt with them as an applicant. They clearly rely on applicants to generate them as much revenue as possible. $60 for an application and an extra $30 for dog screening which is just some 3rd party company that has you answer basic questions about your dog and submit a vaccine record that could easily just be sent directly to TierOne instead. Then you also have to pay to tour the property. If they nickel and dime you as an applicant I can only imagine how they nickel and dime you as a resident. Their listing descriptions mention a lot of monthly tenant fees as well. I didn’t get the place I applied for and they just said: “We received an application around the same time as you”. If you read other reviews that seems to be a common occurrence. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is that they at least offered to look at other internal properties for me. Nickel and diming applicants seems to be unethical to me, so hopefully they reassess their processes.
