  Plants on the outside of the building look gross and the pool is green. Looks radioactive. Sorry to say it, but it's disgusting. Hoping this review will make them fix it.

  The management and maintenance crew at the Lotus are fantastic!!!!! Super helpful and I felt soooo safe living downtown. Plus, the views are FAB!!!!!

  The office staff is very friendly and responsive. I'm particularly impressed with how the office staff recognize and greet tenants by name. Maintenance items are handled quickly and the maintenance staff is friendly and professional. Great building with all the amenities in a fun location.

  I rented an apartment on 300 E for 9 months through Lotus. The apartment was fine however the management was terrible and the utilities were outrageous. Lotus looks to take advantage of younger folk who will not read the lease nor know what to expect from apartment management. I will never rent from Lotus again and I will make sure nobody I know does either.
