This place used to be fantastic. Overtime the owners have only cared about their new properties and have left this building to become similiar to Barbara Worth. The carpets in all of the hallways have consistent stains from animal droppings. The gyms ac hasn’t worked for multiple years and equipment within the gym is outdated and broken. The amenities haven’t been updated since the building was made and the roof top is laughable; no shade, fire pit is broken, no grills. The prices have increased even though lotus has two other properties surrounding its original location and hasn’t given its south temple location any tlc. The entire east side of the building used to have a Mountain View and we were paying for that view. Now that there is a gigantic new apartment blocking the view, you’d think that management would lower the costs. None of the hvac units in the apartments have been cleaned and there’s mold on the east side apartments from a crack in the building. I’m betting that this building is less than 60% occupied and for good reason.

Adding on.... Now we have discovered BROWN RECLUSES AND COCKROACHED IN OUR UNIT WHEN THEYVE SPRAYED. they are also charging us almost 1000$ for our rent this month, WE ARE RENTING A STUDIO. When we first moved in, they told us the utilities were included in rent and they are not, they bill them seperate. They were advertising 550$ when we bought the apartment. Radiator is still hot and it's summer, after they read my last review they actually took the candy away!! They make you buy internet and cable through them and there power goes out every two days so you can't even use it. People leave the laundry room door open and make the alarms go off because the whole apartment gets sauna-like! It's been three months and we haven't gotten any Parking permit from this place. We had to ask an owner of a nearby restaurant if we can park there and he charging us for parking, not as much as the lotus but it's still inconvenient. Stay away, when we first moved in right after we put down the 1000$ deposit they called me the next day and told me to hurry and move in because they were showing it around to other people! This place is AWFUL.
