  Oh the Hardison. A very negative chapter in my life. They screwed me financially! Be aware. They charged me for carpet cleaning when I reported stains when I moved in and wall repair when I didn't hang a thing and only lived there 3 months! You will not get your deposit back! And you will get screwed!!

  I just cant believe you use an outside billing company to pay rent that charges an extra 8%!!!! That is mind blowing to me. And all the crazy fees. But I've been a home owner for the past 30 years so this has been very very hard for me. Apartment living is not for me and I am counting down thw days until I leave!!!!

  I just moved into these apartments and this has been the smoothest move in I've ever had. The manager Kate is amazing and has been incredibly helpful. The maintainance staff is also very on their game. Nothing but good things to say about my experience so far

  I had a great experience living at Hardison Apartments. The office manager and the staff are all very kind, helpful, and professional. Whenever I had questions or needed help, they responded quickly and made the process easy. The apartment community is well managed, and I really appreciate how friendly and supportive the team is. Overall, I highly recommend Hardison Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live. Five stars!
