- EEEvelynAug 24, 20261.0I was approved by housing for a program for spark apt. But then wasn’t approved at spark apt, I would think if housing approved of me then so would spark apts. Went in paid for $35application fee and $300 deposit for an apt. & leasing agent didnt have time to show me apt. Told me #232 3rd floor but if I wanted to wait after he helped other people, says he was busy, while he was helping me. Very rude. Just got email that I wasn’t approved today so I called and asked if I could pick up my deposit and he says come in & he will have it ready, then I get there, drove far to get there, and he says he forgot that I put both $35 app fee and $300 deposit on same money order, which he never said to do it separately and if I can go get another $35 money order and bring it back, and if I would call corporate, trying to make me do their job. Worse place ever!
