Absolutely terrible management, poor communication, and a complete lack of customer service! It is unacceptable for residents to be assigned designated parking spaces, only to have their vehicles towed and be forced to pay hundreds of dollars to get them back.
What is the point of assigning parking spaces if residents cannot park in them without the risk of being towed? To make matters worse, management refuses to provide answers, take accountability, or take any action to resolve the situation.
Residents deserve clear communication, fair treatment, and management that actually responds to their concerns. Instead, they are left dealing with unnecessary expenses, frustration, and absolutely no support.
This is completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and a clear example of poor property management.
Terrible service skills. Have not gotten back to my friend after towing his car right out his spot two weeks ago!

Relocated here from New York City hoping to make SEVEN02 my home for the foreseeable future, but the experience has been a continuous series of unfortunate events paired with a complete lack of management communication and transparency.
It started on move-in day: my door access was broken, my key was locked inside a re-keyed unit that maintenance couldn't access, and the apartment reeked of sulfur with discolored water that required a water heater repair. I also paid a $170 monthly tech fee for months without functional access to smart home features—struggling through unreturned calls and ultimately spending over an hour troubleshooting the panel myself just to get online. I was even billed for renter's insurance despite submitting my policy prior to move-in, with zero follow-up or notice.
The final straw happened when my company vehicle was predatorily towed at 3:00 AM out of my own paid parking stall—a spot I've paid over $250 a month for without issue. Because of the predatory 6-hour grace period, I was forced to pay $477 to retrieve my vehicle, despite having notified the leasing office about the vehicle switch beforehand.
I handed management the towing receipt on September 28th and followed up via email, only to be completely ghosted. Weeks of ignored emails and zero accountability make it painfully obvious that management does not care about residents or basic customer service. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere. The building is also a mess. Peeling walls, littered with trash, and deteriorating amenities.
For the first year that I have lived there, I was okay with the cheap appliances because of the amenities that I had access to. Second year this place got so much dirtier and louder. Found dog poop in the hallway and the elevator multiple times and a used dipper in the garage one time. Club room and the gym were always loud, crowded and stinky. When I moved out and received some of my security deposit back, I felt relieved. The shock came in when I received a letter from national credit systems stating that seveno2 was seeking a debt collection from me for an account balance that I allegedly owed as of 8/31/2026, which is nine days after I moved out, seven days after they deducted utilities and cleaning fees from my security deposit, and 10 days before they informed me that they had a check ready for me. Ultimately they confirmed that my account balance should have been zero after 8/31, and they “don’t know what ncs would be collecting”. Took me 27 phone calls and 7 emails to get this resolved. No apology was given for potentially screwing up my credit for some debt that I never owed, nor for the time I spent getting a response from them.
Decorated very nicely and beautiful fixtures but literally a maze and terrible numbering system throughout the main halls. Literally had to run back to my car to get my inhaler so I could continue to look for a unit
