  The past two years living here have been hell from the start. First off they wouldn’t let me see my unit until AFTER I signed my lease (I know totally stupid on my end but I was in a hurry to find something). They claimed they were “renovating” the unit but come to find out their version of renovating is just slapping white paint over everything and calling it a day. The extra utility fees added about $200+ to our rent every month so if you’re trying to find an affordable apartment worth the money this is not the place. If you’re looking for solid A/C forget about it when you move here. I’ve had my A/C go down multiple times living here and no sense of urgency was ever considered. The leasing office people are weird and very unapproachable. The unit itself is so goddamn ugly and tacky I can’t believe I stayed there for as long as I had. You can literally hear conversations your neighbors are having that’s how thin the walls are. I honestly could go on all day about how horrible it has been living here.Oh! They also LOVE entering your apartment unannounced for the most random checks which I have never experienced living at any other apartment. If you enjoy wasting your money on a shithole apartment be my guest. I highly advise you to really read and consider the other reviews of people who have lived here. They’re not overreacting.

  I wasn't treated with respect. The guy did not replace what I asked him to. Blamed me for things that were wrong before I moved in. I used to love this place, nor sure anymore...

  This is absolutely my favorite apartment complex I've ever lived in. The mature trees and layout makes it feel like a neighborhood. It is quiet, safe, and located so close to the 215 for easy commuting. The management is great, with clear communication, and any repairs are taken care of quickly. Prices are very fair for value, and having a pet-friendly area is definitely a plus! The building is a bit older so depending on your apartment you might pay a bit more for heating/cooling than newer, more energy efficient places, but I've had no issues staying comfortable.

  Please read thoroughly before contacting: Was told they have fiber internet multiple times through various phone calls. Proceeding payment, KAYDYN then told me they do not have it and refuses to refund the application fee. Get all of your info and questions quadruple checked with multiple people because Kaydyn does not know and will pretend to know. Dangerous game. Scam

  ## **Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) – Total Scammers & Zero Accountability** Living here was a nightmare. Between the filth and the blatant dishonesty from management, it’s easily the worst experience I’ve had with an apartment complex. ### **The Constant "Runaround"** The office staff is the definition of **shitty customer service**. Not only are they rude and full of attitude, but they also have zero accountability. Every time you bring up an issue, they claim they’re just "covering for someone else" so they don't have to resolve it. It’s a constant cycle of excuses while nothing ever gets fixed. They treat every resident request like a personal insult. ### **Disgusting Grounds** The place is overrun with dogs, and as a result, there is waste **everywhere**. Management does absolutely nothing to maintain the property or enforce clean-up. You have to watch your step every single second just to get to your car. ### **The Move-Out Scam** They are literal highway robbers. I left my apartment in great condition, yet they charged me for "carpet cleaning" and other fake fees just to keep my deposit. They will lie and scam you the second you hand over those keys. **Verdict:** Do not walk—**run** away from this place. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and the property is a mess.
