  Stopped by to check out this apartments here. They did not have anything big enough for my family of 5, but really liked the apartments and how personable the woman in the office was. Would be perfect for 2-3 people.

  These apartments are super cute with spacious layouts and private patios. I love the renovations they are doing to make the property look more modern and fresh. The new staff are friendly and seem to really care about turning an old property into a great community to call home!

  I moved in this apartment the beginning on 2026 it was okay but definitely needed a lot of work from apartment repairs to not having mail box keys .All that has changed since Celeste took over as property manager. Since she took over she’s managed to get the swimming pool re opened get repairs done in a timely fashion she even got portable ac unit for the apartments that were under repair due to previous neglect not having working swamps coolers all while treating you as a person not a number . If you wanna live in a place were you problems as taking serious and the staff treats you as a human not a number it’s the perfect place

  I have lived here for a few years and this place is absolute and total trash. It continuously changes management. The pool is almost NEVER open. The property itself is falling apart. Ive had holes in my ceiling since the upstairs neighbors flooded us out a year ago. We went almost a year without even getting smoke alarms. Theres a constant electric issue that kills power to my sons room and the kitchen randomly. The windows and doors on MANY units do not lock properly. Roofs are old and rotted. Theres black mold all over the property and in every unit and the last neighborto report the mold was evicted for it! We dont even have maintenance because this place is so bad and management handles it all VERY POORLY. I have put in multiple maintenance requests i have been to the office multiple times and all I get is the same old lies saying they will get to it but then my maintenance requests are marked as complete and NOBODY EVER ACTUALLY DOES ANYTHING! most of the time nobody even bothers to show up. Or they will show up look around say they will be back later with the things to fix it and then never returns. They add random extra fees onto things and they never give a clear reason as to why. Do not rent from this place. They take clear advantage of low income families and families in crisis and they lie to your face about what renting here will be like. They have promised to move us units for two years in a row as this one was falling apart before we even moved in. But absolutely nothing has been done to follow up on it. People who push back or complain openly or report these issues to the state are usually very quickly evicted from the property for minor obscure "violations". So I wont be at all surprised if they start looking for reasons to try to evict me for this review. I have zero faith in this properties management to actually handle anything appropriately.

  Property is getting cleaned up. Office people seem really friendly. They try to do their best. For the money this apartment is good. I am close to the city and walking distance to many options to eat and the trax so I can take the train.
