  Alex and her team are a joy to work with. They have worked really hard to ensure the resident experience is top notch and that the property is well maintained. Fantastic team and experience, cannot recommend this property enough.

  I have lived here for 2 years. The first year and a half I was here I would have given this place five stars. It was an excellent facility, in a beautiful area and it was my favorite place I have ever lived. A change in management happened, and since Dawn leaving, facility wide, things have gone downhill. The dog park is no longer maintained, the doors into the building are not kept secure and people who do not live here have been found sleeping in stairwells and common spaces. The community spaces are not kept clean or functional, and most recently the elevator has been out of commission for nearly a week. Management has told us daily that “today it will be fixed” and yet no one has come to fix it. While this is an inconvenience, for those with accessibility needs, this is a major concern. Unless drastic changes are made, I would not recommend living here.

  I could not recommend this place any less. Awful, incompetent management. Don't be fooled. Elevators break down often. We are currently at 48+ hours with a broken elevator, which is completely unacceptable when you live on the fourth, fifth, or sixth floor. Management has offered zero acknowledgment and no timeline for a fix. The gym is barely maintained. Since the new manager (Alex/Alexa) took over, basic amenities like fruit and towels have disappeared. The mart in Building 1 now looks like a trap house: completely unstocked with empty, ugly fridges. Management only cares about getting you to sign a lease to pad their numbers. Once you're in, they stop providing the value you pay for every month. There is zero customer service mindset here. Instead, you are just met with unnecessary attitude when raising basic concerns

  New management, Alexa, is awful, rude, no service mentality, does not run a tight ship-just cares to get you in the door and get her comission. She's a goblin to deal with after signing. Not a luxury experience, as claimed. At all. Amenities are not what they say they are, check images for the failed mart due to stealing and break ins from homeless people. The gym is not properly cleaned, maintained. One machine kinda works, towels might be stolen by residents or management is not doing their job. No fruit anymore. No leg machines. Water fountains filters around the buildings are not changed. I bet they wouldn't pass a water test. I bet there isn't a maintenance log. Dog park always smells like poop, Alex does not do a good job at cracking down on those that don't pick up after their pets or that don't live in the property. Parking is a very difficult situation, better in other places like post district or 4th west and management is not working on this. Just patches, no future thinking. Spa room is often used for having sex, so kinda nasty. Water bed some times works, but often doesn't in my experience. She, Alex, has a nice car, but poor dental hygene. Shows where her priorities are all around. She is rude to her own staff too.
