  Incompetence reigns supreme. The facilities are almost always broken, the hot tub was down all last winter, and now the staff is soliciting Google reviews from people taking tours. They are going to need a lot of five star reviews to offset the truth. Two stars because of location

  Lotus is a beautiful property. The new manager is wonderful. I feel this community is the best option in this area!

  If you like comedy you should live here because management is a joke. They don’t care about their residents at all. They’re unorganized, unresponsive, and lack communication within the property. You won’t be cared for or respected as a resident. I’ve gone months without a resolution on multiple problems. Had to send countless follow up emails only to get ghosted by people who are being paid to respond? Funny. Having to deal with countless issues such as no AC for 3 months, having our storage unit lock changed without our knowledge, having management try and enter our apartment for a tour, getting stuck in an elevator, and having our parking spot assigned to someone else. Talk about all over the place. My recommendation is to stay away. Sad, because it’s a great location and building.
