  This place is great! Super clean and well maintained, lots of natural lighting and an overall very nice atmosphere. Sal has been so helpful and easy to reach while we’ve been figuring out logistics for our move and asking questions.

  Appartments seem nice but keller company that operates this property is horrible I was denied on my application and have had to threaten with a small claims court filing to get anywhere with my refund. Finally got another email almost 30 days later and now I'm being told a check will be mailed and I should receive it within 30 days. Property manager seems nice and very easy to work with, but company above him is a nightmare and seems shady like they wouldn't have bothered with my refund had I not pressed about it. And I'm still not confident I'll receive it. Funny how quick thes companies are to take money but fight with all their being to not give it back. Also it's 2026 and you are sending me a check?

  Paid a $195 holding deposit when I applied. My application was denied, and I was told I’d receive a refund. It’s now June 2026. I’ve called multiple times, emailed multiple times, provided my mailing address, contacted the management company, and was recently told the issue was being escalated to the regional manager. I still haven’t received it.

  This place is AMAZING! It's so chic, with a hotel vibe that I've been missing since my days near downtown in San Francisco. There's a comfy-cozy clubhouse with free coffee and fire pits right outside, as well as underground parking, a walk-out patio if you're a first-floor resident, and a fitness room. Also: The guys running the show as of two weeks ago are incredibly personable and so on the ball. 🙌🏼 The road for me was a bit rocky in the beginning due to new management (Kettler) taking over, but Sal (leasing manager) and Gaven (regional manager) took great care of me, and that just speaks volumes for what to expect in the next 15 months, feeling like you've truly come home. And they love dogs!!! 🐶 The convenience (RIGHT off 80!) is also off the charts—easy access to the airport and Park City (where I work). Check this place out if you're looking for an affordable, modern, and upscale option in Sugar House!
