  When I first moved in, the garbage chutes in the building were broken but they said it would be fixed in a matter of weeks. Now it's been seven months and they have ignored my multiple emails about it. It's very annoying to have to take your trash out everyday to a dumpster behind the building. These are basic amenities, fix it!

  Jennifer and Tai are extremely kind and helpful, and I love the location. The nearest S-Line stop and Trader Joe’s are across the street.

  Absolutely loving my experience at Lotus Gallacher in Salt Lake City! This brand-new building in the heart of Sugarhouse offers modern, stylish apartments with top-notch amenities. The location is unbeatable—surrounded by a variety of restaurants and just steps away from the UTA TRAX S-Line stop, making commuting a breeze. The staff here are incredibly friendly and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, ensuring a comfortable living experience. As a new resident, I was thrilled to take advantage of their move-in specials, which made settling in even more enjoyable. The apartments themselves are thoughtfully designed, featuring large windows that flood the space with natural light, smart lock entry systems, and in-unit washer and dryer. Additional perks like the fitness center, clubhouse, and outdoor lounge with barbecues enhance the community feel. If you're looking for a modern, convenient, and welcoming place to live in Salt Lake City, I highly recommend checking out Lotus Gallacher.

  I love the spacious studio with the loft bed. Tons of storage. Brittany was also amazing at answering all my long questions. Close to Trax which is awesome. Everything was clean and maintained.
