  Super cute renovated building. Still has a ton of character but has been upgraded so has modern appliances and what not. Also LOVE that it’s right downtown

  I can not wait to move out of this horrible place. Their staff is unprofessional and truly do not care. The amount of homeless people who hang around both buildings knocking on your window along with drug addicts in the abandoned building next door not one thing is ever done. Anytime you have a complaint they will do nothing about it. Poor service poor management would not recommend anyone to live here it is not worth it

  This company is the worst. They charge $150 late fee the first day rent is late. I moved out a month ago, after living there for five months and paying rent in full, and just received a $250 demand letter in the mail with a handful of vague charges. They require 60 days notice to move out with no reciprocal provision for the management company. Finally, we lived in a tiny, basement apartment and paid over $1,000 in rent. If you're looking for a place to rent, steer clear of this company. If I could give no stars, I would.
