  Terrible communication from the leasing office. We had been waiting for a specific unit to become available and were told it would be ready to view on a certain date. We drove out to the property only to be told it wouldn't be ready for another week. After waiting another week, we returned again and were told the unit still wasn't ready because they were behind schedule. We were assured that if it became available before the following week, we would receive a call. When the next promised date arrived, no one answered the phone, but the AI text messaging system indicated that the unit was ready to view. Because of the previous delays, I called again later to confirm, only to be told that someone had placed a deposit on the unit the day before. At no point did anyone contact us, despite knowing we had already driven out multiple times and that we were prepared to place a deposit and sign the lease as soon as we were able to view the unit. What made the experience even more frustrating was that we had found other apartments we were interested in, but decided to pass on them because we had committed to the idea of living at Liberty Sky. By the time we learned this unit was no longer available, those other apartments had already been rented as well. The lack of communication, follow-through, and consideration for prospective residents throughout this process was extremely disappointing. Update in response to the reply: Thank you for your response. Respectfully, the issue was not that we declined to place a hold on the apartment. We communicated that we were ready to move forward, but wanted to inspect the condition of the specific unit before signing a lease or placing a non-refundable deposit. Our frustration came from being told multiple times that we would be contacted once the unit was available to view, driving there to be told it wasn’t ready by dates promised, only to later learn it had already been leased to someone else without any communication to us despite our repeated follow-up and demonstrated interest. Given this experience, we are no longer interested in living at Liberty Sky, but we hope this feedback encourages improvements in communication and follow-through with future prospective residents.

  Went here on a delivery and it struck me with awe, the cleanliness of this place is refreshing and speaking of refreshing the smell in this place is intoxicating I haven’t smelt ANYTHING this good since I was at Bally’s in Las Vegas. The look of this place from the outside reminds me of some of the nicest holes I have stayed at. Outside you can see how the apartments have floor to ceiling windows. If this is the outside then what’s the apartments look like? When I first saw the lobby I wasn’t disappointed like most places after punching in the 5 digit code to get into the place. You are immediately transported into a place that has the comfort and feeling of home all the while keeping the class and beauty of the new high rise. Everything I saw in this building was top notch. From the security to the look and feel to the cleanliness , all the way to the wonderful smell. I was so impressed by Liberty Sky I thought I would write a review and I haven’t even seen a full apartment yet!! I don’t usually write reviews however my experience merits one. I am proud to be a resident of such a beautiful place here in UTAH and I can tell you first hand that this building is one that compliments our beautiful state with its 5 star EVERYTHING!!

  Going on four months as a resident here and let me tell you. Management/Staff, 10/10. Efrain and Ethan are amazing and exceptionally fast to solve any problem that comes up. Facility cleanliness, 10/10. Always up to par and smells good. Community, 10/10. Met so many amazing neighbors in the common areas. Overall a beautiful atmosphere to be a part of.
