Management is great! I moved in with Briana and Danika and those women were lovely. I like the access to the highway, public transport, and downtown. The green park is nice to look at.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and have loved it. Everyone has been amazing and made sure my home is perfect and when it hasn’t been they have been quick to act. I highly recommend!

I absolutely love living here. Lidoska and Lorena put a ton of effort into making this apartment building warm, welcoming, clean, maintained and safe. We are constantly being appreciated for being residents here, there's parties, free food, gifts and even a gift wrapping station around the holidays. Any maintenance request I've put in has been handled immediately. Online payments are super easy. I honestly don't have a single thing to complain about!

We have lived here for the last 10 months. This is the most well managed apartment complex I’ve seen. Ladoska, Lorena, Chris and Alex are always there to help us with anything we have asked with no complaints. Everyone I know in the building has a good relationship with them as well and love the amenities in the building. Always clean and secure, would definitely recommend leasing here.
