  I’ve lived here for 3 years now. Liberty BLVD is just… fine. Location is great, but given that it is downtown and the building is paper thin, don’t expect a quiet place. You will hear literally everything from all corners. I am pretty understanding of these circumstances (especially considering that it’s downtown) but the boundaries have been pushed so beyond to a point where I do not feel comfortable being home anymore. Michael, the property manager, is amazing, he is very quick to resolve issues and always has a kind, welcoming attitude. Maintenance is awesome too, the longest i’ve waited for a work order to be completed was a day. These two factors are the only reason the stars are there. Otherwise, if you don’t care about noise, then these apartments are great - especially if you work in downtown or go to the U. But don’t take mine and a lot of other people’s complaints regarding noise issues lightly.

  Cody was more than helpful in helping me find an apartment at Liberty blvd. His sense of occasion for clients and confidence in the property showed from the first time we spoke to the time of signing, which allowed me to feel confident in the decision to sign. Fantastic customer service.
