We lived in Liberty Blvd for 4.5 years, and I honestly think this is the best place to live in Downtown Salt Lake City. We really enjoyed our stay here; residents were nice, management (started with Lu, then Michael, then Krystal) and their maintenance team especially to Alex, you guys were the best! One time, my fridge stopped working and they replaced it same day! Fast and top notch service! They also do Residents’ Appreciation Week, so there’s free food, raffles, etc.
Location is nearby grocery stores (Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Smith’s), restaurants, gym, and even public transportation (TRAX and bus stop is only 5 mins walk). There are future residents/visitor parking. Package delivered securely stored in a locker. Security cameras were all over the building, security roaming around after office hours, and you need a key fob to enter the building.
Amenities: pool, rooftop, activity room, fourth space (individual study room), and gym. Note: They don’t have outdoor grillers, pool is open during Summer, gym has small space so less machines.
Apartment units: Equipped with all the necessary appliances, lot of cabinets/storage, HVAC + Wifi. Spacious, modern, and above all, we felt safe and secured.
Notable observations of someone who lived here for almost 5 years:
1. Sometimes, we’ll hear footsteps from neighbors upstairs, which is something we can’t control.
2. There were couple of times the fire alarm would ring for hours, but I guess they fixed it already with their new system.
3. 2021 rent was 1267, up to 1675 after 2 years. I called the leasing agent at that time (which she only lasted for a few months), and she told us that’s the current market prices.
Overall, we had the best time living here, hosting parties with friends, and even staying indoors since we have everything that we needed.
