  Great price, and maintenance is quick to respond anf fix well. The utilities is a bonus, too. But there's some negatives... the grounds crew use their leaf blowers right during nap time, for a LONG time. They also don't switch the filters out as much as they should, so dust can be a huge problem. In South Wymount, the water heaters don't ventilate correctly, so if you have the water running while the A/C is turned on, your apartment can flood with Carbon Monoxide. This isn't an issue with North Wymount as far as I can tell (I have now lived in both). I've met a lot of wonderful people here, and it was a good place to start our family while we finish up school.

  These apartments are in need of a serious renovation. There is a frequent smell of H2S which they claim is normal in these apartments; regardless, it’s unpleasant. There’s also hazardous VOCs in the apartments caused by old paint. Wymount also needs to update their old appliances and fix poor ventilation.

  I love living here. There are nice playgrounds and grass for my daughter to play on. It is a great community to be a part of with lots of support from neighbors. There is always space to park that is close to my apartment. And the rent price is unbeatable.
