Kendall has been an absolute joy to work with as our property manager. He communicates extremely well, keeps us informed right away whenever an issue comes up, and is always professional, responsive, and thorough. What I appreciate most is his calm demeanor and the sense of reassurance he provides. Managing a property from out of state can be stressful, but knowing Kendall is on top of everything gives my wife and me tremendous peace of mind. I know our Utah property is being well taken care of because of how attentive and proactive Kendall is. We couldn't ask for a better property manager and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their property.

Working with Kendall has made being a property owner completely hassle-free. He is an outstanding communicator, handles all tenant coordination with total professionalism, and offers incredible rates that you simply can't match for this level of quality. Partnering with him was a no-brainer from day one, and I look forward to continuing to work with him for years to come. 5 stars all the way!

Kendell Anderson helped us find a great rental house for our family. We were moving back to UT from out of state, and he was willing to meet with our friends so we could see the property we were interested in via FaceTime. He happened to know some of the neighbors at the property, and offered to put us in touch with them if we had any questions. Kendell has been prompt, kind, and thoughtful in our interactions, and made our experience moving back a positive one! So far Integrity Place Realty & Property Management has proven to be a company we would rent from again. Upon submitting a maintenance request for our kitchen sink, Kendell came to help figure out what was wrong. He also checked in a few days later to make sure things were functioning properly. We are grateful for his help thus far, and are confident he will continue to help us as needed throughout this time in our rental!

Kendell has been great to work with. He is responsive to both the tenants needs and the home. Management of our new rental has been seamless. Contract and billing are transparent and reasonable. Glad we went with this company.
