I've lived here for 3 months now and love it here! The gigantic kitchen, walk-in closet with washer/dryer, and balcony are perfect for what I was looking for.
There are some fantastic amenities here as well, including the dog run that I take my dogs to daily, pickleball court, rooftop balcony that has a great view of 4th of July hot air balloons and fireworks, bbq area, and community room.
The staff are amazing too! They do a great job keeping the grounds beautiful and maintained. I was moving from a difficult situation and Tiffany was so kind and helpful. I can't thank her enough for making the move in process so smooth and stress-free. Never let her go!
I cannot say enough amazing things about 400 Element Apartments and the incredible staff! From the moment I moved in, I have been consistently impressed by how kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful everyone is. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued and taken care of.
I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Cierra, the leasing agent. She is seriously one of the kindest people and always makes you feel heard and cared about. She is incredibly patient, helpful, and willing to do whatever she can to assist. You can tell that she genuinely cares about the residents and wants the best for them, and that makes such a huge difference!
Tiffany, the property manager, is also absolutely wonderful. She is understanding, compassionate, and always willing to help find a solution whenever possible. She and the entire staff put so much effort into helping residents, even when something is outside of their control. They genuinely do everything within their power to help and make things easier, and I really appreciate that.
And I can't forget Aaron from maintenance! He is always so helpful, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. Having a maintenance team that is responsive, respectful, and genuinely cares about getting things taken care of makes living here that much better.
Overall, the staff at 400 Element is truly the heart of this community. They are kind, understanding, responsive, and consistently go above and beyond. Even when there are things they simply cannot control, such as rent prices, they still take the time to listen, understand, and do whatever is within their power to help. That level of effort and compassion does not go unnoticed.
I genuinely appreciate Cierra, Tiffany, and Aaron. They make this community feel like more than just an apartment complex. If you're considering living here, the staff alone is a huge reason to give 400 Element a chance!

",love it. The management team is kind and always helpful. If anything breaks, maintenance fixes it on the same day. The building is quiet, very clean, and the location is close to great shops and transit. Highly recommend!"

The apartment is great! There’s a balcony, big windows, a spacious kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer! And the staff is amazing! Tiffany and Cierra are great at answering any questions I may have promptly and thoroughly! And Aaron fixes things well and quickly and makes sure to ask if there’s anything else he can do to help! They are all so nice and I feel truly cared for!

The apartment itself is great, I haven’t really had any issues with it. However, new management took over maybe a month or so ago and since that time the new management team is incredibly strict and not nearly as friendly as the previous management team. Use of the clubhouse is only for residents so bringing over a group of friends or wanting to use it to have a birthday party is not an option, you only have 3 days to collect your package or they will send it back (good luck if you’re on vacation I guess?), they have revoked the use of door codes so you will need to have your fob with you at all times (not sure what happens if you need a pet sitter??), they took the coffee from the main clubhouse and put it only in their office because there were a few coffee K-cups out of place (see picture attached).
I understand wanting to keep the apartment safe and clean, however, it just feels more restricted since the new management took over. It feels like every other email I get is the new management giving you a “friendly reminder” to not do something or to make sure everyone is obeying the rules, which feels kind of off-putting and unfriendly.
400 element is in a great location in Provo and has the opportunity to be an all-around good place to live, but with the frequent management changes it unfortunately feels unstable and uninviting at times.
