  Moving across the states the leasing office was so helpful in finding our new home! Thank you so much Brooklyn for your help and making our lengthy requests come true! She was so patient and updated us on every step of the way!

  I just called to gather information about leasing an apartment and had the pleasure of speaking to Brooklyn. She was so kind and patient with me while I asked numerous questions. She went over so many options and I felt she genuinely had my best interest at heart. We spoke for over 20 minutes and she never rushed me or made me feel like I wasn’t front and center. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from her and think we will arrange to lease from her in the near future. I was just so impressed by her and wanted to give her a shout out!

  The most inconvenient and incompetent management I've ever dealt with. When I first moved in, I had sprained my ankle and the property manager, Elizabeth assigned me the incorrect apartment number on the 2nd floor when I signed the lease on a first floor apartment. Then, she changed my underground parking spot 3 times due to double-booking. I had reported a few things throughout my stay for maintenance to help with and didn't receive a response for weeks. Finally, even after leaving, I still have yet to receive my security deposit, as it's a month late. This is not only disrespectful because they don't return calls or emails, but *illegal* for them to not have even mailed it out after 30 days post move-out. I resorted to visiting 3 times in person over the course of several weeks with Erin McVeigh brushing me off each and every time. I gave a legal demand notice for them to return my security deposit a week ago and their continued incompetence doesn't cease to amaze me.

  I had an appointment scheduled for 11am and no one was in there working to give me a tour so after waiting 20 minutes I left

  This place sent me to collections for an application fee that I never agreed to. Avoid this place at all cost! If you call them do not give them any personal information. I’ve called to no avail as they never answer
