- CGChristian Gowtoday5.0PMI was a great host for our stay in Park City. The house was well equipped and clean and the communication with PMI was quick and helpful. I would definitely stay with PMI in the future!
- SPSasha Pasulka6 days ago1.0I genuinely liked my property management company until PMI Mountain Collection bought them. Tom & Linda immediately dodged my requests for a meeting---for months. They tried to debit over $1000 from my checking account randomly for services that were never quoted. They later blamed an employee they inherited. Linda then fired me as a client in a fit of immature rage, took my Airbnb listing down overnight while I slept, and then sent her employee to beg for me back. The new contract they now want me to sign lets them cancel with 30 days' notice and no fee, but for me it requires 60 days' notice and a $3500 early termination fee if I leave before a year. This was NOT mentioned on a call where I specifically shared that I might list my condo for sale after ski season and specifically asked if there were any fees I should be aware of. Oh, also, that contract includes a non-disparagement clause. Which probably explains why there are no negative reviews from owners on here. But just so you know, a lot of my friends who were working with the company they acquired left when Tom & Linda acquired it. I didn't sign the contract with the non-disparagement clause so fyi: this company is shady and there are way better and more affordable property managers in Park City. The only reason all these reviews are so great is that there is LITERALLY A NON-DISPARAGEMENT CLAUSE IN YOUR CLIENT CONTRACT. Run.

- JMJason McKownJun 9, 20265.0I dont leave a lot of reviews, but the PMI staff deserve it. Great service, attention to detail and an obvious concern for the humans involved. So greatly appreciated!
