  Stacey Thompson is the best realtor I've worked with, and I don't say that lightly. I've bought and sold multiple homes over the years, and no one has come close to what Stacey did for us. My brothers and I inherited our father's home after he passed away. It was the home we grew up in, so there was a lot of emotional weight tied up in selling it, and Stacey helped us navigate that with real care and patience. The house hadn't been updated in 40 years, and we didn't know whether to sell it as-is or renovate. Stacey walked us through the market and our timing, then laid out our options clearly: what each path would cost, how long it would take, and what we could expect to get back. She never over-promised. She gave us honest ranges and let us decide. We chose to renovate, and Stacey managed the entire project. When unforeseen issues came up, she walked us through the tradeoffs and helped us adjust the budget while keeping us informed at every step. She brought in the right people, and when the work was done, she staged the house exactly the way buyers in our market wanted to see it. There were a few moments where we wanted to make decisions that, in hindsight, would have hurt our goals. She respectfully convinced us otherwise and was right every time. We had two offers after the first weekend and sold above asking. What stood out most to me was her judgment. She knew the market, she knew what buyers wanted, she knew what was worth doing and what wasn't. Every major decision we made felt informed, and every one turned out to be the right call largely because of her advice. She went well beyond what I expected, and I plan to call her the next time I need a realtor.

  Stacey Thompson was incredible! Prior to putting our family home of 40 years on the market, she managed a quick and efficient renovation, then beautifully staged our home. Her efforts elevated our home's value to the top of the market. After just one weekend, our home received multiple offers and sold above asking. We're so thankful for Stacey, I couldn't give a higher recommendation!
