  We highly recommend The Evans Team! We bought an old property to remodel, and Dan and Aleisha understood our goals perfectly. They took total charge of the due diligence, handled the inspection schedules, and kept communication seamless. Their expertise really shined when they caught an issue with multiple tax IDs on the parcel map and had the seller consolidate them. They even saved us money by finding opportunities to have the owner cover unexpected costs. Dan and Aleisha are true real estate pros. We are so glad we worked with them and will definitely use them again!
