  I have lived at 6 complexes and by far the best complex!! I will have to say it all goes to Jason the Maintenance Manager, he was there within 5 minutes anytime I had something, the property always looked spectacular, and he always greeted me on the way to my car!! I have to move for work, but Jason alone could keep me here for years!! Thank yall!!! And thank you Jason!!

  It’s embarrassing to live in a property that doesn’t care about worms being everywhere and put excuses to why they are there. Never seen anything like this in any apartment complex in my life.

  There are worms everywhere inside and out my apartment, around the entrance to my unit, and especially around my front door, and no one has bothered to fumigate the building. They have even spread to the walls and throughout our apartment. We reported this issue to the office secretary about two weeks ago and were told that, for an "extra charge" someone could come and fumigate our apartment so that it would be livable, but not until mid-August. The only reason I am writing here is that I need someone to show some sympathy and provide a solution to this extremely urgent issue as soon as possible. (Important to note: My daughter has a phobia of worms.)

  Horrible application process. Paid over $100 but haven’t heard back for six weeks. You can call multiple times a day and you won’t hear back. We averaged 3 calls a day at different times for a week with no luck. Beautiful apartments, but horrible management. Never return calls and have a horrible AI application process that does not work properly (Two dots). Again, horrendous communication. They will use the excuse that their manager left a week ago but the issue has been going on for weeks before that happened. Office hours are also inaccurate.

  I've really loved living here with my spouse these past few years! Staff is extremely helpful, kind and quick whenever we've needed to get in touch for any reason, especially Cathy and maintenance!
