Highly recommend that prospective tenants never rent from this organization. Renting from them has been an absolute nightmare. We signed our lease in March, prior to the townhome being fully ready, with a move-in date of the end of May. We were repeatedly told from March-May that things would be completely ready prior to move-in, including blinds being installed. We asked numerous times prior to move-in if things would be fully ready, and we're repeatedly assured that everything would be good to go upon move-in. Well, to our pleasure, day of move-in, we walk into the unit and there's a literal hole cut out in the floor, dead bugs everywhere, a hole in a door, etc. This was supposed to be a brand new place, in brand new condition. Ashley "inspected" the unit the night before we were supposed to move in and didn't even have the decency to tell us what we were walking into. We ended up in another unit that we didn't want. Since moving in, it's really been nothing but issues. We literally had to threaten formal action to have trash removal services taken care of. How sad is that? It's now the end of July, and we still don't have the blinds we were promised before we even signed the lease. Property management doesn't even acknowledge our questions or inquiries into what's going on. It's complete radio silence. I highly recommend NO ONE rent from these people. Especially at the 1380 units in SLC. Maybe if you have aspirations of being a skeezy landlord that doesn't take care of their tenants you might be interested in this property "management" group, but if you're an actual renter, I recommend running.

Seriously the worst. No one ever answers and when they finally do, doesn't even sound like customer service speaks English properly or understands what my question is. The scheduling system is so frustrating and keeps cancelling on us an hour before the showing.
Why would anyone want to work with a property management company that is hard to get ahold of? You’ll never get your questions answered or problems solved. They don’t even seem local

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with PMI Property Management regarding a time-sensitive document request.
I was required by DWS (Department of Workforce Services) to submit a shelter verification form for food and financial assistance. Over the course of several weeks, I emailed the form, requested a letter, and even brought the document in person to the office. Despite multiple follow-ups, the form was repeatedly delayed and never completed within the required timeframe.
As a result, my benefits were closed after 30 days due to missing verification. I made a final request asking that the form be sent by end of day due to the deadline, but it still was not completed in time.
I understand offices get busy, but this was a simple verification form with serious consequences. Clear communication and timely follow-through are critical, especially when tenants are relying on documentation for essential assistance.
I hope this feedback encourages better responsiveness for others in similar situations
They sucked, we came into the home and the first day the basement flooded it took them two months to fix the floors keep in mind they tried to blame us for it all (it literally happened the same night we got the keys and then they told us over the phone this has been an ongoing issue) the first week I used the upstairs shower the handles were coming off it eventually broke and water was spraying everywhere. We had mold everywhere. And an issue with the water heater and air conditioning system since day one. At the end they took the deposit and still charged us over 4,000 dollars when we moved out. Greedy and wrong is all I can say and they couldn’t even keep the house up to date before new tenants moved in but made sure to charge us for everything… please be mindful when renting from these people they are horrible! And please pmi don’t argue with me in these comments talking about if I can remember cause I can and yall were wrong the whole time, yall got your money so please sit quietly and reflect on your horrible business practices with your team not with me!

Clear communication until they asked us when we wanted to move in, they ignored our communication about it and then I saw that they had sold the property in the same day that they were asking us questions. Not very transparent as to where we were in the application process and still charged both me and my wife separate application fees.
