  It has been such a great experience living here. The extra space makes everything feel more relaxed and comfortable, and having different floors helps keep things organized. It’s a quiet, welcoming spot that truly feels like home, making it easy to just settle in and enjoy being here.

  We are part of the original renters and have had both ups and downs with the unit and management. There's 2 "amenities" which are swings and some grills. Nothing more. And for the price, which is on the higher side, you're paying for the location and view (which is amazing). We do love the fact that the community is small. The unit itself is a good size but after 4 years is starting to see some needed upkeep. Loose faucets, creaky stairs and floors, appliances needing to be replaced. The app is pretty straight forward for payments and work order requests. And the maintenance will show up ...eventually. They are really quick to get you back up and going. It's tough if you are WFH as when the internet goes down, it's a waiting game to figure out when it'll come back. Utilities are on the lower side which is nice. We've seen quite a bit of turn around over the years but have never had any issues with neighbors, noise, etc. snow removal definitely helps as some of the driveways dont get any sunlight. I do see them making sure the units are back up to good condition for future tenants and are sure to make sure things right. We really enjoy the closeness to 12th street for food as well as harrison when heading to SLC. Kinda wish there was a Jacuzzi or at least a community space when visitors are over.

  I have really enjoyed living here. It’s a very safe place to live and has some amazing views and anytime I have any issues they have taken care of then right away
