  I’ve recently moved in and love this place so much. Amazing apartments… a hot tub and tables and chairs and a grill. Fire bowl. Dog park. Pool table. So close to Ogden River walkway. So convenient with the green bikes and scooters. Too much to mention!

  Overall great location you have everything you need right next to you, and the staff has been amazing from the beginning. The units are nice and spacious for what you get nothing bad to say!

  I have lived at The View On 20th for 2 years and highly recommend it ! Lacy and Lachelle (leasing staff) are wonderful, they are incredibly helpful. Jim and Gracie (maintenance) resolve any issues quickly. The location is very convenient . Thank you so much for everything, going above and beyond, you're a Great team ! I love living here !

  I had a wonderful experience touring the apartments at The View on 20th. Lacy Dunkley, showed me the premises around and did an excellent job! She was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience very comfortable and enjoyable. The apartments themselves are beautiful. Even though the property is around 10 years old, everything has been very well maintained. The community feels spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully cared for. You can really tell they take pride in keeping the property looking great. Very impressed overall!
