  I have lived here for over a year and overall am very pleased! There a few minor issues we have had that fortunately maintenance addressed very quickly. The monthly fees are a bit steep and leveraged as a "community style" bill when it comes to the "community management fee" as well as the water. The power company also called me five months after I moved in stating that I've been underpaying my power bill because the complex messed up the wiring from the units to the meters. I had to back pay over $300 to make up for paying a lower bill for the townhome I didn't live in. I love the proximity to downtown as well as the Ogden river trail! Good location, decent build, but the bills should be considered before moving in.

  Shout out to Kelly, the leasing agent, she is amazing! Toured this beautiful property, along with 2 other beautiful properties. They all felt so welcoming and are in a great locations.

  The best property, the best location, the best management team. We would sign a lifetime lease if they let us. They are always so kind and clear in their communication. They address maintenance concerns quickly. And I can't say enough about the location, it really is perfect for living life in downtown Ogden like we wanted.

  Lindsay and Kelly were so awesome, they went above and beyond to help us get moved in without stress & in time for our job deadline. The community is beautiful and so peaceful!

  Excellent customer service from both of the office ladies. They went above and beyond to make my daughters move a smooth transition and was courteous and professional. Very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.
