  Clover Creek is a pretty good spot to live. It's far enough away from the freeway and busier roads, while being able to get to I-15 and around the valley. And, it's centrally located in the valley. The apartments are a few decades old but doing decently. You'll have to decide if you like the look — I do. I even have a gas fireplace in mine! My boy likes turning it on in the Winter. The maintenance team (led by Justin) is responsive and efficient. The only thing they've not been able handle as well was apparently decided by some earlier management/maintenance individual, in some earlier renovation — they were still able to get things back into operation when something stopped doing its job. Delivery people apparently have a little trouble. (Amazon, Walmart, UPS, FedEx, Door Dash, UBEReats, etc) But these days, when do they not? 🙄 Many of those who aren't Amazon will leave items in the Amazon locker (somehow), and then you need to bug Management to get your package out for you. But they're pretty cool about helping there.

  We lived here for a year and loved it. Beautiful area, quiet apartment complex, and all the staff members here are super great. The maintenance team was awesome, shoutout to Justin and Skip for always coming to help very quickly and for being super friendly. The apartments themselves are good quality and felt very new.

  We have lived here a few months and it has been the best place we have lived so far. It is a really quiet area no one bothers you all the neighbors are respectful and the grounds are super clean! The dumpster area is kept clean unlike a lot of buildings I’ve stayed at. The price is amazing and the maintenance team kicks butt I put in a request and it was done within the hour. The office staff is attentive and always willing to help. Seriously one of the best apartment complexes.

  I cannot say enough great things about the maintenance guys at my apartment Justin and Skip are truly the best! They are always professional, respectful, and incredibly kind. Every time I’ve put in a request, they respond quickly and get the job done efficiently. Not only do they fix the issue, but they take the time to explain what they’re doing and make sure everything is working perfectly before they leave. It’s rare to find maintenance staff who genuinely care, but Justin and Skip go above and beyond every single time. They’re friendly, dependable, and you can tell they take pride in their work. It honestly makes such a difference living somewhere where you feel taken care of. Thank you both for everything you do you’re seriously appreciated! 👏
