  This morning, a neighbor noticed water coming out of my utility closet by my front door. It turned out to be my water heater, which needed to be replaced. By the time Sergio, of the Maintenance Staff, knocked on my door to alert me, he had already disconnected the broken one, and had ordered a new one, and was just waiting for it to arrive. (It is now replaced.) Sergio is one of the best maintenance workers we've had here. (I've been here for 20+ years.) All of the Management and the Maintenance Staff have always been super nice and super helpful. I have really enjoyed my time here.

  This property has terrible leasing management; they fail to respect tenants' basic human rights while living there, and moving out is a total scam because they charge you for the cost of renovating the premises. It is a complete fraud.

  Do not move here!! My husband and I moved in 9 months ago and fron the start we should have ran. We found dead roach in the kitchen cabinets. Our hot water heater went out 8 times before they replaced it. We live by the pool and yes we expect noise. We were told it closes at 9pm rarely does that happen its listed no alcohol no food well every day there's alcohol we called to inform and would told they cant pay to have security so we should call the police. And then Sunday night a group of 8 to 10 adults enter the pool at 9pm loud music drinking yelling I called maintenance and was told it should be closing in a few minutes finally at 10pm I called the police. Its a joke to live here. No screen doors for patio, was told fireplace worked found out it doesn't. Lies lies lies.
