To echo other recent reviews- when I first moved here, it was great. Townhome itself was in great condition and management was kind, helpful, and responsive. They then changed management multiple times with little communication about this, and the most recent time has been horrible.
We moved out of our place this month and have had little to no responses despite multiple phone calls, emails, requests, and even showing up to the office during office hours (door locked with no one there). I have charges on my account for rent for days after my lease ended that they will not respond to/remove. I had been working with Sal in the office who now will not respond to calls or emails. This is my last resort before getting legal involved.

When I first moved here it was great. I got quick responses. New management company took over. No one ever answers the phone. Submit a maintenance request and wait at least 3 weeks before someone will get a hold of you to schedule. The water has been shut off without any kind of notice. Just a email hours AFTER it had been shut off. The trash was not picked up. WiFi stopped working so I went to Verizon to get my own and am still being charged the $165 “amenity” fee. This place has no amenities. I have my own renters insurance and am being charged theirs. Good luck trying to get a property manager on the phone or get a return phone call or email or text back. They will ignore you. I have left several voicemails, and emails and not once has anyone returned my calls or emails. This place is a joke and unfortunately I signed a new lease a month before new management took over. I will not be resigning again. Do better!!
Update- 6/30-
Their response says to contact them. YOU’RE JOKING RIGHT?! Did you not read that you don’t answer phone calls, return voicemails, OR emails? Maybe respond to my emails or return MY phone calls!

As I am writing this review the entire complex's water is shut off, again, because management has failed to pay the utility company. Again. Something that should never happen has happened FOUR TIMES in the last ~18 months. I even called the leasing office twice in the last few weeks specifically about this, begging them to do their jobs, yet here we are. Unbelievable.

We enjoyed the townhome, which is spacious, has a nice 2 car garage, and is in a great location. We had a great view of the mountains from ours, but others have a view of a big empty lot that was formerly FatCats bowling. Ultimately, you are enclosed in a big parking lot here.
Now for the main problems. This place changed management 3 or 4 times in the 2 years we lived here. Each time the transition was awful and poorly communicated. The last time there was no payment portal set up initially and we had to run a check over to their office at the last minute. When the portal did get set up, the amount due was frequently wrong and updated with utilities after the due date, which was very inconvenient. They also charged us an extra $15/month for their renters insurance, despite us providing proof of having our own.
We had multiple problems with a neighbor and her off leash dog, and management was not very helpful. Residents frequently left dog poop all over the lawns and management was generally unable to resolve this, though they did try at times. There were also many abandoned bunnies on the property, which may or not be a problem for people. We thought they were cute but they do poop all over and ruin the grass.
Moving out was a challenging experience for us and is primarily the reason for a 2 star review and not a 3 or 4. We frequently did not get responses to our emails in trying to coordinate with management. We had to move out on a weekend, so left the keys on the counter and provided the code to the keypad on the front door via email. We eventually got a rude phone call from a manager a few weeks later telling us she never received the code, but apparently never checked her email, which she then found.
We were also told the manager would do a walk through and let us know of any issues with our unit and receiving our deposit back. We never heard anything, despite following up and providing our new forwarding address via email and voicemails. We eventually got ahold of the new person overseeing the property, and she did send us our deposit check. Though it was several months after we moved out at this point. However, they deducted several hundred dollars with no itemized receipt or notice. When I inquired about this, I was given some speculation about what it could be, but no invoice or official answer.
I provided the new manager a receipt for the deep cleaning we paid for when we moved out and was told she would follow up for me, since she did not do our move out processing initially. Well, it’s been several weeks now and I’ve heard nothing. So, long story short, don’t plan on getting your full security deposit back, even if you hire professional cleaners and keep everything well maintained, or getting an invoice for the deductions.
Also, I would be wary of any 5 star reviews on here because the management did a raffle thing for any residents that left a 5 star review. I guess this is something people do, but feels a bit disingenuous.

Great location in Millcreek. Attached 2 car garages which is great to have secured parking or additional storage.
