  The property looked fantastic and was very well-priced for what it offers. Ian and Hada were incredibly helpful—both were knowledgeable, attentive, and made the entire experience seamless. They had answers to every question and clearly know the property inside and out. Highly recommend working with them!

  The leasing staff has been so helpful since i’ve been here. Ian especially has been delightful. The amenities have been awesome, especially the gym. Thank you all for your hard work in making me feel at home.

  DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE My fiance and I were scammed into signing a lease for the brickyard unit which states 520 square feet. Upon measuring the square footage after moving from another state and signing the lease, it was only 320 square feet without closet (like advertised). They never refunded our security deposit or application fees even though there were material differences on what was advertised versus what was delivered. Cosmetically, this was also a terrible unit. There were two large columns/posts in the studio which were not disclosed (alongside no closet or hallway) which were included on the description. Avoid this place as a whole. They will steal your money and not return it. Also incredibly slow to respond and do not care about customer service.
