  I just moved here due to my old apartment building going up in flames :( and the reception has been nothing but amazing at this property. Both the manager and Ian at the front have been outstanding to work with and the property itself is amazing. So far everything has been great and I am happy with my new home :)

  I have wanted to leave this review for a while… This past week, the nightmare that I moved away from a few months ago started to torment me again, and I was reminded of how wonderful living at Brickside Heights‘s has been. :) Hada & Ian are great! They are always communicative and professional. They also are very friendly and you can tell they enjoy helping people and actually give a damn. I moved from a place that if you brought up any issues, they would gaslight/belittle you and make you feel like you were in the wrong to bring it up. It’s so nice to have managers that actually care about their tenants. Maintenance is incredibly quick and efficient. He is also very friendly when you run into him in the halls. I’ve only had two little things and they were fixed within less than 24 hours. My neighbors are all very chill, friendly respectful. There’s also a lot of cute dogs in the building so that that’s a bonus. I love the amenities and have taken advantage of every single one of them! The gym is perfect for me and so far never over crowded or dirty. I’ve never once gone in there and not had clean towels or experienced uncleanliness. Also, I consistently see cleaning crews throughout the entire property. They are here cleaning everything I believe once a week. All in all, it’s been fantastic and I was fortunate enough to get a unit on the top floor with one of the most breathtaking views. For me personally, it’s been a great experience. There are little issues and they’re always will be in any community, but how management handles it has been is what matters. I do believe the management and maintenance here care about their tenants and this community!
