  I called the leading office at 4pm today being Friday to let them know the sprinklers had been on at the front entrance for an hour as was flooding the parking lot, I got no answer, I left a voicemail, thinking they would listen to their voicemails before they left for the weekend, you know it case it's an emergency, that didn't happen. It is now 10:05 pm and those sprinklers are so on, the parking lot is a pool, that doesn't grow and maybe your not aware we are in a water shortage, this is is a swamp every summer from the over watering, no problem we the tenants pay the water bill, that is why we should have a say so!!! Turn the water off, walk the property so you know what's going on, these sprinklers have run all summer in the same place for 5-6hours at a time, there has been a joke with the residents we were going to put gold fish in the pond around the trees. We are in a water shortage!!!!

  Huge shout out to Corbin in maintenance!! I have lived here going on 3 years, and tonight was the first night we had to call emergency maintenance! Corbin answered promptly, arrived at my unit very quickly, figured out and repaired the issue quickly, and was very kind and helpful overall! The whole ordeal lasted less than an hour and at 1am, I am so thankful for it. I also appreciated that he was very respectful of our space. Thank you Corbin!

  Love this place want to say thank you to admin ,the office crew and Corbin the maintenance I put in an issue and he was there within 5, 10 minutes super fast came in fixed the issue amd was out thanks
