  Leadership needs a direct change, immediately combative and unhelpful. Glad I'm outta there. Also my whole apartment was water damaged and filled with cheap repairs.

  My wife and I moved in last February this year from out of state, we’re thankful for the help of Cassidy (assistant manager) for our smooth transition and so far we liked the community.

  Royal Ridge is a great place to live at a great price! It's a fantastic location close to so many things and the staff is always great! I hardly have any maintenance issues, but when I do, Kel is always so quick and friendly when taking care of them. If I'm available, he explains what the issue was in a way that's easily understandable and what needed to be done to fix it! Only complaint would be some neighbors from time to time, but that will be with any place you live. Overall it's a great location and price is super fair for what you get and the going rate for apartments right now.

  I Have lived here a year and have been fortunate with great community and staff, especially Cassidy in the front office! Shes been such a great help with any questions/concerns we have and always willing to accommodate when we ask, Thank you Cassidy and Royal Ridge! ! ❤️

  I have lived at Royal Ridge for going on 2 years now! My family and I LOVE WHERE WE LIVE! :) Cassidy was so kind and helpful when we first looked at these apartments, as well as when we moved from a 2-bedroom to a 3-bedroom! She made the transition seamless. The amenities are well-maintained, and they are always improving even the small details.
