Living at Florentine Villas is such a comforting experience. The apartments are so spacious with high ceilings and really nice wooden cabinets in the kitchen. Alisha, the manager is very caring and eager to help With whatever you need. The maintenance team is made up of some awesome gentleman who Are concerned about any problem I may have. As an older lady and living alone at Florentine Villas has never been a concern of mine. It is a very Quiet and safe complex with never worry about safety. There are only two things that I find very disturbing and disgusting at Florentine Villas. The lazy nasty People with dogs who walk their animals outside in the grass. The stand there with the animal while it does its thing and the people never clean it up, They just walk away. How are children suppose to play in the grassy areas when they are full of dog poop?! And the second thing that is disgusting is again some of the residents! They have no respect For the property or the maintenance men. They never respectfully despise of their trash bags in the dumpsters. They throw their bags of trash and leave them where they land. They actually discard furniture in the dumpsters instead of sitting them beside the dumpsters or discarding them somewhere else. The residents need to take pride in where they live and show respect to the people who work and live here!!!!

My family and I have lived here since 2020. Management has had a high turnover. With each new manager they apply lease agreement to accommodate the office staff Not the residence. This comment does not apply to maintenance. I think the property looks ok as you drive past. However like I said management is questionable. The exercise “amenity” has not worked since I moved in. Recently I asked management to help with the problem and the current manager advised me to purchase my own tools to fix the “amenities” I truly had high hopes when I moved in. Everything was perfect. I’m disappointed and frustrated. Not everything is as good as it appears to be.

I have moved into the Florentine Apartments 3 weeks ago. I feel the apartment was not ready to move in because we have had major issues for just moving in. We haven’t been able to unpack and settle in because is one problem after another. First the AC was not working and is still not working. Somebody came to look at it and we were told that the compressor needs to be replaced. That they need approval. It has been 2 weeks and we don’t know if the part has been ordered and how long this approval might take. Due to the summer heat in the apartment they brought a swamp cooler but because one swamp cooler doesn’t cool all the apartment. We have 2 swamp coolers but because of having 2 swamp coolers our electricity goes out and with that so does our internet. So parts of the apartment has no electricity. It is a mess especially since we work from home. We paid a pro rated rent, plus deposit and 1 month rent. To have all these issues? Within the first 3 weeks that we moved here! And we still don’t know when things will be fixed. In the summer is an obligation to have the AC working. This was something that needed to be fixed immediately. We have a deadline on when rent is due and many rules that we went through on the day we signed the lease but there is no deadlines for when things are supposed to be to get fixed around here.
