  2025 was my first experience with real estate and in the beginning the prospect was incredibly overwhelming. I had interviews and interactions with over 12 different realtors when it came to selling my deceased father's property. During such a stressful period of time I was absolutely ASTOUNDED how many realtors wanted to monetize off of my grief going through probate. At first it put a terrible taste in my mouth for realtors in general. Then I interviewed Dalton Clark and everything changed. After being disgusted with so many others Dalton calmed my nerves, and I knew he was the one to hire after our very first meeting. He was able to relate to me on such a personal level while being able to explain the professional courses of events in a way that educated me on my options. He always took my lead, while offering me the necessary knowledge to make the best decision on how to proceed. He was always thorough, prompt and compassionate. His ability to be personal during one of the more strenuous times of my life, while holding a top tier composure for his professionalism, data spreadsheets, research correspondences and video calls (as he helped navigate everything while I was out of state) was remarkable.
