Jakob at PMI Property Management has been outstanding in helping get our short-term rental up and running. He consistently goes above and beyond, taking ownership of every detail and anticipating needs before they even arise. His communication is excellent, he’s always available when questions come up, and he genuinely cares about providing a great experience for both owners and guests. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, accountability, and customer service as well as Jakob does. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a property manager who truly takes pride in their work.

Brady has a unique skillset from his experiences working in construction and selling to contractors. He can negotiate, project plan, and have hard conversations when needed. I would highly recommend him for any real estate transactions along with managing your homeowners associations.
