  At any time, day or night, summer or winter, even if it's pouring rain outside, you can count on the maintenence guys to be there for the residents. AND, You can drive through and know that the common yards are immaculate. They take pride in their work and it shows. These guys should be recognized for the improvements they've made from the day they started. Thanks Elias and Bill!!!! You have both made a huge difference here!

  I rented my trailer to Elias and his girlfriend Cristi Hunsaker, Elias currently works for Circle L as a maintenance worker. We signed a contract that outlined his responsibilities, including being financially responsible for any damage to the trailer. During his tenancy, he smoked inside the trailer, despite agreeing not to. He also damaged the property, including removing the bedroom door from its hinges and gluing several drawers shut. He brought two large dogs into the trailer without informing me beforehand. He also took the stairs and did not return them. As well as cutting out the bottom half of the screen door. He told me he would transfer the trailer into his name by January 1, 2026, but that did not happen. Payments were frequently pushed out, and when I asked about the transfer or the status of our agreement, the responses were often hostile and included abusive language. At one point, he threatened to have me banned from the park, which would have prevented me from accessing my property. I even contacted law enforcement regarding the situation, and they helped me serve the eviction notice. After his eviction was extended to July 5th, 2026, I informed him that we would be picking up the trailer at 10:00 a.m. that day. Instead, he had it towed across the street to the business section near Great Harvest before we arrived, which made retrieving it more difficult. He also sent insulting text messages to my partner afterward. This reflects my personal experience during the rental agreement and the condition in which the property was returned.

  To whom it may concern this is my second time being here and moving out again cause we found a place to live. Jamie‘s been so helpful. I was wishy-washy and she stayed with the program and made sure I had a spot to be in and I was only there for about a month and then stay in the trailer and moved out, then moved in again and she was still very professional, and her team was very helpful too. At least this time I got to stay longer.

  The manager and maintenance at Circle L are incredibly helpful and nice. They were very straightforward and honest and made the application process and move in so smooth. They came to make sure we were settled after getting moved in and have been present and helpful since the day we moved in. HIGHLY recommend this community. My wife and I are super excited to continue living here long term!
