  The Terrace is such a beautiful property but I want to give kudos to Jameson for a lovely tour. His professionalism and kindness made for such a lovely experience, he is a giant asset to The Terrace!

  My family and I visited The Terrace at Academy Village for their open house and were given an incredible tour by Jameson. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was also very welcoming and professional. This property has so many impressive amenities and an even more impressive team.

  Excelente atención de Jameson! Ha estado muy pendiente de nuestro proceso en Utah. Definitivamente un nuevo ambiente agradable en Herrima. Excellent service from Jameson! He has been very attentive to our process in Utah. Definitely a pleasant new atmosphere in Herriman.

  Although I moved from a more spacious home I have adjusted adequately. The amenities are outstanding and so are the staff. The view from our third floor unit is spectacular, being able to view the lovely Wasatch mountains! I would recommend to anyone planning a move to investigate the terrace. It is a privilege to be living here!

  Such a beautiful property, and unlike anywhere I’ve seen!! Abbey is the best tour guide and manager, helping us through the moving process since the time we needed to wear hard hats 😆 this property is in such good hands
