- MBMariah BartonMay 1, 20262.0HOA fees are ridiculous. They’ll fine you $45 for every single HOA violation before any sort of warning. “Weeds” that aren’t even 2inches tall. Wooden outdoor chairs that are meant to be outside cannot be on rocks. Insane. Do better to make living easier. They constantly sit in front of your house and take pictures to submit.

They are ready to answer any questions and concerns you have. I would defiantly recommend if you’re looking to rent a home! Thank you Cole , my family and I are looking forward to the new house !
