    Maintenance requests are now run by AI which made me feel uncomfortable. But Mike came & put all my worries at ease. Mike has been a regular coming to help around my home. He is thorough in his craft. He cleans after himself and he explains what is going on. This walk through helps me learn more about the appliances we have. Mike even went out of his way to leave a tool with us his first visit! This man deserves more than a raise. He makes me feel like I’m talking to family. We love Mike! You can request him by name & see for yourself.

    Not happy with them. We reserved a house and patiently waited for a good couple of weeks to go see it in person. We asked several questions about the unfinished basement and other house conditions in the meanwhile, plus an approximate date to go see the property in-person. They just said that they did not know, that we needed to wait. We had a very short notice to go see the house in person. Once I went in person, I noticed the house poorly painted on the main level, with random brushstrokes of a different color all over the living room and the kitchen, not well painted as in the pictures, and the basement was creepy, with the walls covered with fabric! They said that that house was offered “ as is” and no repairs will be made. We did not move forward with the contract, mostly because we felt that they were offering something in different conditions than they showed in the pictures. We felt that they were intentionally hiding information from us, or intentionally lying. Sadly, never again with them.

    When my heating went out, they sent out Luis the repairman and he fixed my heater within 20 minutes. The customer service was excellent. I really appreciate what they did.
