Terrible company with horrible policies. They stopped sending us monthly statements, turned off our autopay with no notice, then continued to accrue late fees. They didn't call or email advising the auto pay was off. Now they sent us to collections after making on-time monthly payments for 20 years. They mailed us 3 letters to an old address, which I found that we DID provide them our new address, they failed to update it in their system. Completely unprofessional and no decency.
Update: I requested details on why my statements and auto pay were turned off, what outreach efforts were made, to turn on back on statements and reestablish autopay, its been 2 weeks and no response. They do not answer their calls, so getting a response other than the message they tacked onto this review is an issue.

Community Solutions has top notch customer service! There was a mistake made on our HOA account and I was fortunate enough to work with John Lott who went above and beyond to get everything resolved! John was kind, professional, and his follow through and communication was excellent! Thank you again John for your help! Keep up the great work!

Jaymee has been an incredible property manager for our community. She is responsive, professional, organized, and handles difficult situations with patience and fairness. She consistently follows through on issues, communicates clearly, and truly cares about keeping the neighborhood running smoothly. HOA management can be a challenging job, and Jaymee does it with professionalism and integrity. We really appreciate all of the hard work she puts into supporting our community.
