  CSS has managed our community for 2 years. They have been the best company we’ve worked with by far. Jaymee is a spectacular manager! She’s always willing to find an answer we don’t know, she’s easy to get a hold of, and working with her is a breeze. Highly recommend!

  Jaymee has been an incredible property manager for our community. She is responsive, professional, organized, and handles difficult situations with patience and fairness. She consistently follows through on issues, communicates clearly, and truly cares about keeping the neighborhood running smoothly. HOA management can be a challenging job, and Jaymee does it with professionalism and integrity. We really appreciate all of the hard work she puts into supporting our community.

  Unfortunately, my experience with Community Solutions & Sales was extremely negative. They never answer calls, all inquiries are left unresolved, and the manager just ignores requests. I am very disappointed and do not recommend them at all

  They have been horrible to work with. We have had multiple billing mistakes for our entire HOA, no responses, and terrible experiences with the landscaping. Would not recommend.

  Melissa Scott has helped me on multiple occasions and has always been professional, responsive, and easy to work with. She is quick to answer questions, always helpful, and goes above and beyond to make sure things are handled. I really appreciate her hard work and excellent service.
