  Rylie at Nova Townhomes was wonderful to work with! I came in for a last-minute tour, and she welcomed me right in. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the entire process feel so smooth. She was patient with all of my questions, took the time to explain everything, and made me feel really comfortable throughout the experience. Because of her, I found my new home! You can genuinely tell she cares about her residents and wants to make sure they find the right home. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Rylie if you’re considering Nova Townhomes!

  Rylie She was absolutely fantastic throughout our apartment search! She was professional, friendly, patient, and truly listened to what we were looking for. She made the entire process easy and stress-free, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond to help us find the right place. We really appreciated her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I toured these townhomes a few months ago, before Rylie started working here, and unfortunately never heard back afterward. By the time Rylie reached out to follow up with me, I had already found another place to live. Even though I didn’t end up leasing here, I was so impressed with her professionalism and kindness. She took the time to reach out, answer my questions, and made me feel like she genuinely cared. It’s rare to find someone who goes the extra mile like that. If you’re considering these townhomes, definitely ask for Rylie. She provides excellent customer service, and I have no doubt she’ll make your leasing experience a great one!
