  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I toured these townhomes a few months ago, before Rylie started working here, and unfortunately never heard back afterward. By the time Rylie reached out to follow up with me, I had already found another place to live. Even though I didn’t end up leasing here, I was so impressed with her professionalism and kindness. She took the time to reach out, answer my questions, and made me feel like she genuinely cared. It’s rare to find someone who goes the extra mile like that. If you’re considering these townhomes, definitely ask for Rylie. She provides excellent customer service, and I have no doubt she’ll make your leasing experience a great one!

  Very bad experience. Long story short, if my past bankruptcy bars me from applying, why would you say I’d be good with the bankruptcy and then STEAL money from my wife and I for the application AND DEPOSIT when you KNEW damn well we wouldn’t be approved? Super shady Rylie! I WANT MY MONEY BACK YESTERDAY

  The application process was wonderful they really went above and beyond. Ally was amazing through it all and really helped us out so much!! Move in process was stress free and easy and the apartments are beautiful!!

  I’ve been chatting with Rylie from Nova by Lotus through Facebook Marketplace, and she has been so helpful, friendly, and responsive! Unfortunately, they don’t have any three-bedroom townhomes available, but I would have loved to lease with them. Rylie made the whole experience so easy and was wonderful to work with!
