  When I was moving out the Maintaince guy came in and told me they wouldn’t charge me for screws in the wall. They would only charge people for huge holes (like punching holes in the wall) and to not worry about it. He also said they wouldn’t charge me for my son drawing on the wall because they were going to paint and it was considered normal wear and tear, they ended up charging me for that as well. I don’t get my deposit back instead I owe them $226?? I would’ve fixed both those issues if I had known they were going to charge $375 to paint and fix holes. The paper says I put $1,627 for the deposit Which is a lie. I paid $1705, which I have receipts for. We had so many ants in our apartment. How do you manage to get ants on the 3rd floor?? Reading the reviews I’m not the only one that had an ant problem. The small dog park by the entrance door always smells like dog pee and the grass next to it is dead and smells cause of the dogs that use the bathroom there. My kids couldn’t even walk on the grass cause of how nasty it was with dog urine. The hallway smells like rotten trash everyday because of the trash room. There’s never parking. You can hear the upstairs neighbors doing adult activities. Kids running. Neighbors in the halls throwing stuff or just being loud. These apartments are built super cheap. So many things were already broken when we moved in. The ac only goes down to 67 which made the apartment feel extremely hot. This place is supposedly low income but the only low thing is the quality of the apartments. Now I have a nice modern big townhome with a garage/pool/gym that costs LESS than these trashy low income apartments. Living there ONE year was awful. So glad I didn’t renew. If you want an amazing place to live that’s not built so cheap go to the veridian instead!! Cheaper and better

  Lotus Anthem is a lovely place to live despite constructional issues trying to hold it back. The environment, office and pricing are lovely, but the parking, elevator locations, and space could have been improved.
