  Extremely slow refund process. I am writing this to share my experience with the application process. While management was prompt enough to withdraw my $500 application deposit the day after I submitted it, the return process has been frustratingly slow. It has been a long time since my application, and I was recently informed it would take another week to see the funds. The double standard in how quickly they take money versus how long they take to return it is very unprofessional.

  Very disappointed in my experience living here it has huge potential but does not live up to what it is capable of. Very nosy management. They tried bribing me to stay for a cheaper rate if I renewed my lease again. Everyone is moving out. They are desperate to keep tenants. Do better.. they can bribe me to stay but won’t give me my deposit back.

  I lived here for three years in a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. The layout was spacious, with high ceilings and large windows, which I really appreciated since I work from home. Utilities being included was also a big plus. My rent started at $1,275 and increased to $1,435 by the time I moved out. My biggest issue was the lack of privacy. Management conducted inspections roughly every couple of months, including opening closets and cabinets. I understand inspections are necessary for income-restricted housing, but they often felt excessive and invasive, especially since I work from home. On one occasion, maintenance entered to replace a lightbulb without knocking or notifying me and walked in while I was indecent. Management also became extremely difficult to reach. Emails would go unanswered even when I needed important documents. The lockbox didn’t work for over two years, and they only fixed it about a month before I moved out. There was also a significant wasp problem on my balcony; despite leaving a voicemail and emailing about nests covering my chairs and ceiling, I never received a response. The dog park is essentially a rock-filled litter box and smells terrible near the entrance. The certification/approval process can also take a long time. Pros: Spacious apartments, high ceilings, large windows, utilities included, decent internet. Cons: Frequent and invasive inspections, poor communication from management, long certification process, unusable/dirty dog park, lockbox issues, and unresolved pest problems. Also did not receive my deposit back. They told me I can expect $50 to be taken off of my $500 deposit for a cleaning fee and charged me my whole deposit for “extensive patching from thumbtack holes and carpet cleaning was somehow my entire deposit 😂 but if you value privacy or work from home, I would not recommend living here.:)

  Reseña orgánica Les quiero contar mi experiencia con los apartamentos Lotus Anthem Nova ✨ Desde que llegué, lo primero que me gustó fue lo bonito y moderno que se siente todo. Los espacios están súper bien aprovechados, se siente cómodo y tiene ese ambiente tranquilo que uno busca cuando quiere sentirse como en casa. También me encantó la atención y los detalles del lugar. Se nota que pensaron en la comodidad de quienes viven aquí. 🏡✨ Si estás buscando un apartamento bonito, moderno y con un ambiente agradable, definitivamente vale la pena conocer Lotus Anthem Nova. 💕
