Based on the response back to my wife Maribelle’s review, you can obviously see how it ruffled some feathers with the response back😂
She stated in the text message to kelsie about how “I FEEL like I’m being a Karen” and this is because of how she was being spoken to by her rude manner when going into the office about the late fees. Thank you very much for putting that out there about the Karen comment, it just shows that much more of how she was being treated and being talked down to during that discussion. She also stated how she just wanted to put the matter behind us both because she was getting NOWHERE with kelsie and her rude abrasive tone. My wife ended the conversation being nice and letting it go because of she felt being spoken to. It was also stated to Janae in the emails, why is knocking on the door about the notice enough? People work, have school, or are simply not home to discuss the late fees. We should’ve gotten a call or email as well on top of showing up at our door when no one was home. The two ladies in the office sit there all day long? My wife works in an office as well with her own clients, it doesn’t take a degree to communicate which is in there job description:) There absolutely should’ve been a better reasonable attempt to get a hold of my wife or I about the rent payment not going through. This is the only place we have lived at so far that has had horrible communication about everything. Previous places have made reasonable attempts to contact us via phone or email, and with this day in age with all the ways we have technology they’re relying on just face to face communication? How on earth does that make any sense?😂
As far as entering the unit without giving clear notice, my wife CLEARLY stated multiple times to Janae, kelsie and in the review… Absolutely no one from the office, who just sit there ALL DAY, or the maintenance team bothered at all to call, text, or email either of us about entering the space WE WERE PAYING FOR. You can let us know the terms of the lease all day long but yet still no one bothered to communicate? They have both of our phone numbers, and emails. In my wife’s review she said it is REASONABLE TO EXPECT CLEAR COMMUNICATION. Why weren’t we told about the emergency needing to be taken care of right away when my wife reached out asking for this information? It’s amazing how kelsie would try to blame the lack of communication from the maintenance team when she is so canny about informing you on the terms of the lease. Again, she should’ve responded better to my wife about the emergency when reaching out about the pipes. This establishment is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISAPPOINTING.
You are still 10000% in the wrong no matter what or how you respond to this. We knew when she posted her review that the response back was going to be exactly what it was. Just further proving our point of what kind of place this is and the way their employees go about business (the office specifically)👍🏽

I’m not sure where to begin, but I feel it’s important to share my experience.
In early October, I paid my rent within the grace period (either on the 1st or 2nd). A few hours later, I called the assistant property manager to confirm that my payment through Domuso had been received, and she verified that it had. However, just a few days later, I returned home to find an eviction notice on my door for nonpayment.
When I addressed this with the property manager, I was told that the issue with the payment was on my end, not theirs. I was then offered a “one-time fee waiver as a courtesy” to remove the late fee. Given that I had already confirmed my payment with their office, I found this response very frustrating and confusing. Unfortunately, my attempts to resolve the issue were met with poor communication and an extremely dismissive and abrasive tone by Kelsie. After several days of back-and-forth, I ultimately felt forced to sign the document just to put the matter behind me.
Another concern arose during the winter when my pipes froze. Since I had never experienced this issue before, I reached out to ask whether I should submit a maintenance request. I was told to do so, and I scheduled a time to be present in the unit. However, no one arrived at the scheduled time, nor did I receive any communication.
The following day, I was asked if the issue had been resolved. I explained that while I had hot water, I had not been contacted about maintenance entering my unit. I was then abrasively informed by Kelsie (property manager) that the situation was considered an emergency and that entry did not require permission. While I understand that emergencies require prompt action, it is still reasonable to expect clear communication that someone would be entering my home. At no point was this communicated to me, which I found unacceptable. Especially when I was told to submit a maintenance request only to be told otherwise?
Overall, my experience with management (Kelsie specifically) was marked by poor communication, lack of professionalism, rude, dismissive, and abrasive attitude toward tenant concerns. I even got the email to Kelsie’s boss Janae (Regional property manager) to further raise my issues and concerns as I felt like I was going no where with kelsie. The response back from Janae appeared very much scripted and lacked any acknowledgment of the details I provided. Much like the scripted responses back to other people’s reviews. This made my time living here unnecessarily stressful.
On top of that, parking is very limited so good luck finding a spot that isn’t in a towing area, the construction quality in the units itself is not as good as it appears, and the “grass” area is just turf and smells horrible.
My lease ended the end of April, and I chose to move out early in April, despite being over 8 months pregnant, in order to avoid continuing in this environment. While moving under those circumstances was difficult, I do not regret the decision, as I am much happier now living somewhere else. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. That’s what’s deserved.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property. I encourage prospective tenants to carefully consider their options before making a decision.
