  Llegamos a vivir hace aproximadamente año y medio Antes de mudarnos nos dieron tour por el departamento que alquilaríamos todo estaba en perfecto estado Y el día que nos mudamos todo estaba muy limpio e incluso escogimos un apartamento sin alfombras y todo estaba completamente limpio y renovado Cualquier problema que e tenido voy ala oficina o mando un mensaje a Jazmin la agente de arrendamiento ella me resuelve todo enseguida y manda a las personas de mantenimiento si están disponibles en ese momento o igual al siguiente día si no es algo muy importante Me gusta mucho vivir aquí es muy seguro y tranquilo

  I’ve been a resident for about 5 years. We had wonderful management & maintenance when I first moved in. But after a year EVERYTHING & EVERYONE started changing every 6 months. The office people didn’t know what they were doing and the property started getting more disgusting every month. Finally we have people who care now and are trying to get this place back up to par. I’d like to give a thumbs up to Jazmine in the office. She is always at the office & available to help me with anything I need. I was going to move, but decided to resign another year just because of her. I’m so happy to see the property looking & running better and it’s nice to know that Jazmine is here if I need anything. Keep up the good work & thank you for working so hard to clean this place up!! 👍

  I am just coming up on my year at the Bluffs. I have enjoyed the home and area. I want to give a shoutout to Jazmin! She has been my main contact from the beginning. She is definitely an asset to this place.

  Jazmine is truly one of the best parts of our community. She is always incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind. No matter the situation, she takes the time to listen and make sure everything is handled efficiently. Her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond do not go unnoticed. It makes such a difference knowing there is someone like her in the office. Thank you, Jazmine, for all that you do!

  My situation was a complicated one and I had been looking for quite awhile for a place for my boys and me, but we kept getting turned down. We wouldn't be here if it weren't for Jazmine helping us with our lease. She worked incredibly hard to make it possible for us to move in, and never gave up until we were approved. I'm not sure anywhere else would have employees that are such an advocate for their future and current residents. We have loved living here and it's been a perfect place for us. 🫶🏻
