Reply: I do not understand why you all think this to be a suitable or respectable response. As the Owner, YOU should reach out to the staff you pay to reach out to me to work towards a resolution. I've already done my due diligence. And if you want me to incessantly hound your staff to get my issues addressed, do let me know. If you want to move here, you should ABSOLUTELY be aware of your Tenant's Rights. Because they operate as if their tenants are none the wiser. I enjoyed my first year here, and it's been hell ever since. I'll post pictures of my stay after I move. t's coming up on an hour of me not having any AC in my apartment. The portal will not allow you to email anyone, the office is closed, the number to call from their portal doesn't work, the number online is not functional nor is it reasonable and it also it's fully AI. They do not have an Emergency Maintenance Number for me to call and I have not had my ticket escalated whatsoever. The only person talking to me is their AI chatbot who also cannot help me because their not a real person with means to do so. It's just on a loop of passing the buck to staff that is not responding because the office is closed. They believe sending out Addendum verbiage makes them enforceable, they have no emergency maintenance number for you to call, the office hours are not considerate of anyone who doesn't WFH. Saturdays Office Hours used to be exclusively open to potential tenants but they've apparently closed the office on Saturday now. The beautiful gates? Allegedly broken for months with no plans to repair. But they were able to hire a new towing company that also lists policies that are not enforceable within Texas State Law. And they now do self-guided tours which sounds like the perfect storm given the aforementioned items I've listed. I'm being consistently charged for a lease violation that they confirmed as illegitimate. And they do not even clean these buildings, the foundation of mine is constantly shifting, they do not perform any routine maintenance on appliances that demand it, the list goes on and the rent continues to go up. And after being on hold with their AI system for 8 mins, waiting for them to connect me to the Emergency line? "They will notify a team member to get back right away" and it disconnects the call. It's been crickets. If you don't want to spend time reading the publicly accessible Tenants Rights online or calling 311, look for another property to stay.

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to express concerns about the Remi community. First, since we moved in a little over a year and a half ago, the access gates haven't worked most of the time. This has lead to my vehicle being broken into (Maybe others as well), pool crashers, more trash on property grounds, and frankly, inviting the neighborhood of White Settlement in at large to use this property as their own. Second, the valet trash situation has become intolerable. There is trash everywhere, everyday, and the trash overflows every week. It's a health risk as well as it is just disgusting. Our breezeways are stained and even after claiming they were pressure washed - the pictures tell a different story. We pay for that and its a service we should not be forced to pay when what they are providing is more trash, and more filthiness. Third, the pool. Im not sure what's going on here but our pool has been dirty for at least two weeks now. There is mold growing on the walls and it has gotten worse. We were told last Wednesday that it was closed for maintenance to treat it with chemicals. I can tell you that what they did, had no effect, none. In fact, it made the pool worse. I believe part of the problem stems from the fact the gates don't work and because of that, we have non-resident pool crashers that come in from outside communities - I've seen it. What steps are you taking to make our community safer, cleaner, and making it a better place to live (both esthetically and in terms of residents)?

It’s officially been one month since moving here, and I wanted to wait a bit before writing a review to make sure I could give the most honest and accurate feedback. Danyal was absolutely amazing throughout my entire moving experience. The process was quick and easy, and she truly took the time to listen to everything I had to say and answer every question I had. She never once made me feel rushed or silly for asking anything, which made such a difference. These apartments are so beautiful, and my partner and I have genuinely loved living here so far. The pool and amenities through the leasing office are amazing, and it’s a pretty quiet community overall. My only small complaint would be that some neighbors do smoke marijuana, but I understand that’s their personal choice and it doesn’t affect the smell inside my apartment, so it’s not an issue for me. Overall, it’s been such a great experience. No matter what questions I have, the leasing office is always helpful and kind. The community feels very safe, and they even host fun events, like snow cones at the leasing office later this month. It’s honestly been such a great place to live, and I’m really happy we chose it.

I see right now there’s gonna be a problem with the new manager and new maintenance team. Even though I requested for maintenance not to enter my apartment when I’m not home, he did. I hope nothing was taken or stolen again.

Well this place used to be nice when I first moved in, however as time went by its gotten worst and worst. Smell of weed everyday, trash was always around. Not to mention they are infested with roaches! The "fitness center was always had broken equipment and was in dirty conditions. I did a 1 year lease and that was ling enough. Come move out day I cleaned everything put barely anything was left in that apartment. Yet they still charge a $140.00 cleaning bill!! Plus they charge of you $20 for ANY trash left behind why is that included in the cleaning bill?? And I asked why it was high and was told its their standard price and that they can charge whatever they feel like when I asked her what its based off of. $400 move out charge at the end of the day, gotta love how apartment complexes move 👏
