  Lived here 1.5 years and I would recommend that if you’re apartment hunting, look for some where else to live. If someone decides to come bust out your back window and you want to make a police report, don’t turn to the leasing office for any help because guess what? They don’t have a single camera around the complex. Not to mention how unsafe it is that the gates have been out of service for months and months, meaning that whoever did this to my car can come back tomorrow and do it again. Severely disappointed with how these apartments have gone downhill in the time i’ve been living here

  I’ve lived here for about 2 years now. It is a really quiet and peaceful complex. The apartments are nice and upgraded and we have a nice pool. I’ve loved living here until recently. Management has changed recently and I’m not sure what’s happened but the outside of the apartments are not looking so great anymore. I used to see maintenance in the am walking around picking up dog waste and any trash laying around the buildings but now there’s dog poop everywhere and trash on the floor on the grass and the grass is completely dead by my building. Other than that I would say it’s nice. Hopefully they can get maintenance to clean it up some. Maintenance has always been fast at fixing things though. However in think we will be moving at the end of our lease.

  My husband and i have been a resident here for almost 2 years. My parents decided to move hete so I went into the office with questions thst they had. Let me tell yiu I had the most beautiful interaction with an amazing human named Renee she was kind helpful and a swerved all the questions my dad had to put his mind at ease for a long distance move. REMI-We need more people like her around her she's such a breath of fresh air.

  Lived here almost 4months, first month was amazing no complaints. We started notice things wrong with our unit that should have been fixed before moving in. Smell of weed fills the whole apartment, people do not pickup their dogs waste, gate has been broken for the entire time living here, we pay for an amenity fee every month( the gates are an amenity), solicitors knocking on doors at 8pm (due to gates not being fixed), kids from complex across the street coming and using pool. Trash has sat overflowed and now our valet trash (that we pay for) is not being picked up. The new towing company does not tow all of the vehicles they should.

  08.27.26 - It's been 4 weeks and they are still persistently kicking this can down the road, failing to address the issues that gravely affect my living situation. Their lack of attentiveness, direct support, and adequately trained maintenance team and office staff deteriorate everything that is subpar-ok with this complex. Prepare to exercise your Tenant's Rights if you choose to live here. It took 4 months for them to correct a ledger; God only knows how long they'll be willing to let more substantial issues persist. PLEASE CONTACT LEGAL AID IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE. Reply: I do not understand why you all think this to be a suitable or respectable response. As the Owner, YOU should reach out to the staff you pay to reach out to me to work towards a resolution. I've already done my due diligence. And if you want me to incessantly hound your staff to get my issues addressed, do let me know. If you want to move here, you should ABSOLUTELY be aware of your Tenant's Rights. Because they operate as if their tenants are none the wiser. I enjoyed my first year here, and it's been hell ever since. I'll post pictures of my stay after I move. t's coming up on an hour of me not having any AC in my apartment. The portal will not allow you to email anyone, the office is closed, the number to call from their portal doesn't work, the number online is not functional nor is it reasonable and it also it's fully AI. They do not have an Emergency Maintenance Number for me to call and I have not had my ticket escalated whatsoever. The only person talking to me is their AI chatbot who also cannot help me because their not a real person with means to do so. It's just on a loop of passing the buck to staff that is not responding because the office is closed. They believe sending out Addendum verbiage makes them enforceable, they have no emergency maintenance number for you to call, the office hours are not considerate of anyone who doesn't WFH. Saturdays Office Hours used to be exclusively open to potential tenants but they've apparently closed the office on Saturday now. The beautiful gates? Allegedly broken for months with no plans to repair. But they were able to hire a new towing company that also lists policies that are not enforceable within Texas State Law. And they now do self-guided tours which sounds like the perfect storm given the aforementioned items I've listed. I'm being consistently charged for a lease violation that they confirmed as illegitimate. And they do not even clean these buildings, the foundation of mine is constantly shifting, they do not perform any routine maintenance on appliances that demand it, the list goes on and the rent continues to go up. And after being on hold with their AI system for 8 mins, waiting for them to connect me to the Emergency line? "They will notify a team member to get back right away" and it disconnects the call. It's been crickets. If you don't want to spend time reading the publicly accessible Tenants Rights online or calling 311, look for another property to stay.
