  When i went to the gym with an adult he is 18 and it was me and my other friends we went there to work out we were not loud or anything js talking nd working out and the lady came and she told us to leave and she was rude to us then she expected us not to be rude back? Like if ur rude we are gonna say something nd we were not that rude we got kicked out 2 times the first time she was rude nd the second time she told us to leave nd dont come and my 18 yr old friend was there bc she said he could stay when i left she threaten him that she would file a lease thingy or something on me nd my other 2 friends it was 4 of us and one of them was 18 nd we thought that if you have an adult with you, you can go to the gym but clearly not nd she is so rude all i said was we can be here because hes 18 nd she told my friend that was rude but yuh . She was nice when she was new but now she is so rude

  Actually under 1 star. The rude Manager, and staff, overcharge for extras; they are never in the office and NEVER answer the phone. It's a wonder anyone catches up with them to get a lease. Customer service is horrible and they act like its the tenant's fault their apts are falling apart. My daughter's Roof caved in Dec 2022 it took them a week (or more) while it continued to rain on the carpet and on her furniture! Claimed they couldn't do anything, when clearly there were vacant apts they could have moved her to. Then, they have rats and don't care so yea, don't do it. You've been warned!

  Use to be the most ghetto apartments I've ever lived in until I moved to west lake at Summer cove off fm1959/ Dixie farm rd, the AC here constantly froze up. People mean mugging you every time you went outside trash overflowing and dumpsters everywhere and we didn't have an upgraded unit so it wasn't very nice looking inside pretty plain.

  I lived here for 3 years and would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment to call home. The leasing office staff have been the same faces since I moved in and have always been available to help when ever I needed anything. They make sure that all the residents feel welcomed and at home. Alex and Patricia are the best!
