I recently toured The Landing and Courtney was such a pleasure! She was detailed and answered all of the questions that I had. I plan on submitting my application closer to my move in date!!

We recently toured The Landing, and overall, we really loved the apartment. The leasing agent was such a kind and helpful person. She was very welcoming, answered all of our questions, and took the time to make sure we had the information we needed. The only concern we had during our visit was seeing someone in the office with two large dogs. She seemed very nice, but we personally are not comfortable being in an office with two big dogs. I’m not a dog person and I’m honestly a little scared of dogs, so I was nervous when the dogs were there and weren’t being held or moved when we entered. I tried my best to stay calm and respectful. It also made us wonder how the office handles pets. What happens if someone is allergic to dogs, afraid of dogs, or simply uncomfortable being around them? We also wondered about the possibility of the office smelling like dogs. This definitely doesn’t take away from how much we liked the apartment or how helpful the leasing agent was. We’re just trying to decide whether having pets in the leasing office is something we would be comfortable with long-term. Overall, we had a very positive experience and really appreciated how helpful and professional the leasing agent was.

Be warned THESE POOLS DO NOT WORK AND HAVEN'T FOR OVER A YEAR!!! Its such a shame that when we moved in (october) we were told that the pool would be fixed by spring break. It was clearly a lie and just a way to get us to sign the lease. Now I have not been able to get a response from upper management about when it will be fixed. I finally got ahold of the property manager who said all my questions were above his head. Now I still have not heard back even though I have been asking about this issue for months. Not to mention the AC kept going out and we had to put in 7 different maintenance requests and sit in the office AC with my baby and 5yo almost yelling about how mad I was, and that is when they finally fixed it. One man in the office would not even give me his name. I was hoping to get this resolved but it does not seem like a concern to them even as it is getting into the stiff Texas heat. At this point seeing the pool is a complete tease. I would 100% NOT recommend moving into these apartments.

I am a current resident.we were told that the pool by the office would be fixed by spring break. It is currently not fixed as of today. We have tried to speak and email the office staff about it however we have gotten no reply on our emails as well as none of the employees can give us any helpful information. Also the second pool on the complex is a joke! Very very small always dirty and no grills. Absolutely ridiculous that I have to pay for these features for them not to be accessible!
