  I have been living here almost 6 months and love their team in the office. They call me by my first name since I moved in. It makes me feel like they truly care. I have a 1/1 right by the pool. It's a quiet area and I have no issues with walking around at night.

  Gia and Monica are the greatest at these apartments. Y’all need to come see them They are carrying They are sweet. They’re always on time to work. I have no problems with them at all. They have a conversation with me every time I go in they always try to find a solution best people ever.

  I moved here in October 2025, and honestly, I haven't had any issues with the front office. The maintenance team has been cool—they respond within a reasonable amount of time and fix any issues I've had, and I haven't had the same problem twice. If I could change anything, it would be the residents who don't throw their trash away properly. I'd also love to see the community fenced in for added security. My vehicles have been broken into while on the property, but realistically, what can the front office do? They aren't law enforcement, and unfortunately, things like that can happen anywhere. Overall, I really enjoy living here. The location is perfect, with easy access to entertainment, restaurants, and everything I need. For me, it's a 10/10. And one more thing... I don't have roaches! Thankfully! 😅🙂

  I had a great experience speaking with Monica, the leasing agent! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions about the apartments. She made the entire process easy and welcoming. After our conversation, I’m even more excited to come in for my tour and see everything in person. Thank you, Monica, for you excellent customer service-I can’t wait to check out the community!!
