So the people saying there are issues with the application process and all of that, are definitely the type of people that have issues with anything and everything. Now I will say that management has gone through the ringer and has been swapped out at least 2-3 times in the nearly 2 years I've been here. But for the past few months the management team (Candace and Tyler) have been FANTASTIC and by far exceeding expectations. The previous team was good but not as standout as this current team. The team that was here in Fall 2024, was a mix of a very unprofessional manager and a very sweet assistant manager. This new team has been very professional, transparency in communication, complete kindness and thoughtful services. When I first started renting here they would leave notes on your door for any and everything. And then threaten with a fine if not fixed within 24 hours. This new team sends nice reminders and very reasonable timelines
for any adjustments.
Now the application process that I completed was back in 2024 and yes it was bumpy but I communicated every step of the way and even though we didn't have a previous rental history of apartments on record, they easily accepted a signed note.
Additionally, they are top notch on repairs/upkeep. All of management has been that way since I've been here. Don't believe any review that says otherwise. But you do have to appropriately file a claim in their resident portal. I have had to do it for ants (ants/bugs are EVERYWHERE in Houston no matter where you live) and they sent pest control out the very next day and the nearly invisible things that they put in our kitchen were AMAZING. Also they regularly do things like fresh coats of paint on everyone's front doors. Air filter replacements are done by maintenance and routinely. This has been this way since I've been here. And the pool area is hands done top notch. Just wish the TV was fixed but other than that, it's the best to hang out with your kids and grill by the pool. The place isn't an apartment complex, in my opinion. Its a housing community similar to what my sister in law lived in when her husband was in the army. A housing compound. Most of the homes have one home next door and it's so incredibly insulated. I never hear my neighbors and vice versa.
Also they do events all of the time. Free meals for kids in the summer, a mother's day event was here at the pool last weekend. And in terms of safety. Hands down TOP of the line. The gates are always working. Security lives on property. The police station is down the street and it's just a very safe area in general. The school is across the street and cops are all over the place. I've been pulled over twice for silly things (broken taillight) but the police are friendly here and aren't the type to ticket you but just to bring your awareness, a far cry from what I experienced growing up in The Woodlands.
We used to live/rent homes that were not gated housing communities, but I'll admit it's going to be hard to go back to that if we ever do because my husband is loving not having to do yard maintenance in the summer and sitting and cooking by the pool instead. Our kids too. They love biking around the gated community and seeing all of the people walking their dogs or going with their friends to the pool. The units themselves are very clean, modern and I love the app lock/unlock our door, go to the gym etc. The included washer and dryers in the homes are fantastic. We have a 2 bedroom unit and there's 4 of us. Plenty of space in our bedroom that I was also able to add a cute home office nook in our room. And the kitchen island is my favorite. If you're on the fence, don't be, this little community is a haven for anyone looking for a quiet and friendly place to call home.

The complex was very noisy with cars speeding in and out of the complex, kids running around when you go to bed, people working on there cars all hours of the night, neighbors hitting your bedroom wall, the office not returning phone calls, dish washer that kept falling apart and the tubs are way to high to get into for some senior citizens.
These apartments are very nice. I enjoy the community and the space they offer. They also have full size washer/dryer connections, which is always a must for me and my family!

So far a month in and they've clearly ignored my ESA letter's and added charges on my account without my permission and backdated it it seems. This it the first place that needed someone other than my letters which makes no sense. The whole point of having to admit to a psychiatrist you have PTSD is so you don't have to disclose that to the apartment complex.
I was already annoyed with the condition of the backyard barely having grass and being a mix of moss, mud, grass, and ants.

Great place to be! I love that it's right across the street form the school!
