  10/10 staff and amazing property from what we could tell. Our move in date is August 14th and it's been a breeze with the staffs help. We cannot wait to move in!!

  They have been very helpful over the phone, i had so many questions because it’s my first apartment and they answered all of them with a great attitude!

  These people are snakes. They have a policy where you have to let them know 3 months before the lease ends that you’re vacating or else they charge you a whole month’s rent upon move out. Mind you, they never mentioned this to us or sent out any kind of reminder. I didn’t even know if I was staying or not at the 90 day mark, yet I was penalized despite that. It’s a shame to leave on this note since we enjoyed our time there, but this really felt like a slimy move on their part- taking advantage of people’s naivety in order to make more profit.

  Went in today looking for a unit and the staff was super sweet,helpful and kind immediately made phone calls to help get me into something immediately

  Very efficient staff, both maintenance and office. I moved in during a very busy season of life, and Alli Rockett especially ensured a quick turnaround for move-in.
