  I just moved in and everything is to love! When I found out about Rivercrest online, I was kicking myself for not touring it while I visited Waco to tour potential apartments where I could live.They have a super useful bot that answered all my initial questions (I generally hate interacting with bots, but this one was super helpful and accurate with the information provided). The next day, I had a person calling me to provide assistance. Since everything checked the boxes, I chose them and I'm happy with my decision! They were super helpful through the signing of the lease, and very responsive via email and phone. The apartment I got is definitely not a new unit but very well maintained and cleaned. The first few days I had some minor issues and they came to fix them the very next day! I'm amazed by the service. There is plenty of space for parking, although to be fair, school has not started yet, so I'm not sure if that might change. Overall, I definitely recommend it, specially if you need to live close to the Baylor campus!

  10/10 staff and amazing property from what we could tell. Our move in date is August 14th and it's been a breeze with the staffs help. We cannot wait to move in!!

  They have been very helpful over the phone, i had so many questions because it’s my first apartment and they answered all of them with a great attitude!

  These people are snakes. They have a policy where you have to let them know 3 months before the lease ends that you’re vacating or else they charge you a whole month’s rent upon move out. Mind you, they never mentioned this to us or sent out any kind of reminder. I didn’t even know if I was staying or not at the 90 day mark, yet I was penalized despite that. It’s a shame to leave on this note since we enjoyed our time there, but this really felt like a slimy move on their part- taking advantage of people’s naivety in order to make more profit.
